DataLoader-Manage Salesforce data effectively
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the engaging UI of Dataloader makes it one of the best data management platforms for Salesforce. Other features such as connecting to Dropbox,FTP and the support of various date formats while importing/exporting salesforce data is a plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bit on the expensive side as there are other free alternatives available. If you are using Salesforce Enterprise, you get Salesforce's dataloader free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a lot of date fields in our salesforce instance and Data import wizard is troublesome to use in that case. We use Dataloader specially for its support with date formats and easy to use UI while importing files to Salesforce CRM. We also have multiple lookup fields on Salesforce objects and importing/exporting data via dataloader.io makes it easier to identify Record ID's using the lookup functionality during field mapping. If we get any errors during imports, dataloader.io error files are detailed and offer exact reasons for all failed records helping us rectify those.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Dropbox or FTP to host files and use Salesforce as your CRM, you should definitely try out dataloader.io as it has support for file attachments, various date formats, import look-ups as well as scheduling your import/export/delete tasks. The UI is easy to use and will allow you to import/export from custom object in your Salesforce CRM. The free version will give you upto 10,000 records/month so you will need to purchase a plan if you need to work with more records.
Best ESB Framework
What do you like best about the product?
Great ESB Framework compare to other ESB tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to write certain custom components to satisfy the business requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration platform for enterprises
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great integration framework
Best solution for using external IDs
What do you like best about the product?
What sets dataloader.io apart from other Salesforce data solutions is the ability to map the Object ID field via a lookup to an external ID. This saves countless hours of exporting massive datasets and using VLOOKUPs to match Ids.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free user limitation has a fairly low cap, and the enterprise pricing is too high to purchase many licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using dataloader to schedule automated jobs via FTP, letting us schedule asynchronous updates from our database without utilizing any API calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only purchase one premium account and run all the updates through there. The limit for free dataloads are too low.
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft has an excellent product support team. They came in for multiple workshops to get our team started in the journey of API gateway. They always brought someone technical to answer any technical questions we may have. Mulesoft Anypoint platform works well for us. It allows to deploys API directly from the IDE itself. We are working towards implementing the pipeline of release.WE are working on this product from last one and half year. This is a very good technology to integrate two system with a security layer or validation layer in between. We can implement the code to fetch the data directly on this . It will provide us the facility to validate the request and will change the format of request. in our system, we are sending the SOAP request but when the mobile technology consuming this then they are getting JSON format . This format conversion is happening on mule side
What do you dislike about the product?
The IDE is eclipse based and heavyweight. It has a few really good features but I wish it could be all web-based.

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
What do you like best about the product?
API lifecycle management, API security gateway, and security policy management components are very strong. We like the exchange interface and portal design. The new capabilities of monitoring and analytics of usage metrics are forward-looking. We are continuously impressed by Mulesoft's product roadmap and how they closely tie the market trend and customer feedback to their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited visibility on cloud for certain functions such as access to logging and analytics (viewed as a 'black box'). Requires 3rd party cloud PaaS to run 3rd party complimentary services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product has delivered as expected, and in some cases even more. The more it is utilized, the more we can appreciate certain versatility especially with the Anypoint Studio. In some other cases, even though service is more than adequate and there is a strong community for information sharing, some slight improvement on the delivery of technical responses would increase the already favorable satisfaction level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To ramp up in terms of infrastructure and resources before taking on, as this could be a shortfall once a certain momentum is achieved in rolling out applications. Implement a CI/CD pipeline from the onset
Use Dataloader for Salesforce bulk uploads/edits
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. You simply upload your csv file and map the fields. It's very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export options are confusing, and I have a difficult time building the proper report for my export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce data bulk uploads/edits
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It integrates well with Salesforce. Uploads to modify data is very straightforward, but exports are confusing. I was not with my company when we implemented it, so I don't know how the implementation or cost is.
mulesoft-anypoint-platform : Best Application for API
What do you like best about the product?
mulesoft-anypoint-platform : It is best platform for the deployment, managing, and monitoring the application. i use to monitor by accessing logs. it allows us to deploy API's and then control it by policies like security schemes. we also use it for exchanging to publish our applications. Dataweave is one of the out most best feature which gives programmatic view of data and as well as graphical. Exchanging the portal is the most usefull and adds more benefits over the API's templates and components. it has a very simple interface which allows the user to use it very easily.

With experience with the mulesoft-anypoint-platform the only disadvantage i found is that it is expensive.

Based upon my usage with the mulesoft-anypoint-platform i can recommend others to use it as it is the application for managing the API's
Integration of any project is easy through MuleSoft.
What do you like best about the product?
I will use Api Manager to simply deploy the kind of arthropods and manage it by applying ready-to-use strategies, such as security systems, rate limiting or throttling, not to mention the proxy and reverse proxy. Apart from that, I also use Exchange to publish all our applications for business users, and the best part being Exchange being so interactive, business users will really use the kind of associated APIs to check for themselves what to expect from an interface/Api.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way clients and partners are treated, and once you have opened a case, the response is generally as follows: "Put a concept on the portal."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use the Mulesoft API portal for the creation of structured API documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the most effective, safest, and most reliable tools for API planning for your enterprise code solutions. Initially, it is not promising, but you use it for, then you will positively like it.
