Easy to learn Mulesoft on a single platform..
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is at oneplace design center, api manager, exchange, runtime manager, monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is web platform which make session expire if we kept it ideal for long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating api specs, publishing to exchange, and applying policies to deployed api and monitor them.

Refer to this platform for new user it is too good to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is having all the feature under the same hood. Like designin, managing, deploying and monitoring API's

It has very few components for free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was new to Mulesoft, but the platform is so good that being a new person it makes easy to learn things through a single platform.
You can try doing everything in this, except the premium features.
It is Very professionally made platform for all the Mulesoft users.
And now I am able to design API's which futher I can deploy on the exchange where other users can also use it.

This is the best platform to create and manage API's, work great for new users also.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has several functionalities that enable us to build a better work environment, particularly one of its critical characteristics, which lets us create a system of connections between many systems of our business, with more than 100 connector choices, in addition From the connectors, which as it were already implemented in this system, you have the freedom to create your own connectors, to develop all sorts of interconnected systems. The management of applications in this method, is a system that allows us to have control, of any one of them, in the cloud, and prevent some kind of affections or third-party attacks on them or in case this occurs, we can uninstall the applications, which could have any sort of risk, from the same network. Integration with other applications such as salesforce or slack, is also a great benefit for this program, which enables us to have continuous contact with this form of system, which we also use regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It must be specifically taken into account that the program operates under the parameters set, which requires suspending or disabling changes from Mulesoft integral applications, so that they can be optimally operating. The configuration where this mechanism is applied must also be modified. When creating a program, certain error warnings are not clear enough to find the specific defects that might occur in the code, they are sporadic warning variants that also do not support the attention they are given. The guidance is often misleading and several instructions need to be used better and appropriately to run some aspects of this device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a tool which allows for integration in the different applications that we use under Mulesoft's management, as this is our default portal, it allows us to physically integrate the monitoring systems we control and simultaneously interact with the resources that we have in the cloud, enabling us to control each of these components more easily. This method is basically an outstanding communication management system between all computing systems in the organization that facilitates communication not just between cloud-based applications but also between physical and virtual systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An effective way to connect with the company's internal and external processes, it is a mechanism that, while a little complicated, is your right hand for workdays. You can really solved many doubts as to how this application works best, and its various properties and are probably not used, due to a lack of knowledge. I highly recommend that you access the virtual courses which people at Mulesoft do.

We are utilizing dataloader to manage our SalesForce environment efficiently at scale. We have been able to shift data management from a team of users to a single FTE

There is a bit of a cumbersome setup process and moderate learning curve, so make sure your organization really needs a solution to manage SalesForce data at scale

Sometimes platform pages loads very slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are integrating many disperate systems on premise as well as cloudhub, IPaaS to mulesoft middleware.

Mulesoft Anypoint platform is single stop for all your solutions, which includes, designing, development, deployment and monitoring.
It’s extremely helpful tool for working with opportunities.

Best tool to deal with salesforce objects and insert , update, delete records with extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be improved to skip duplicates which is not available currently.

Able to perform DML operations on opportunity object records which is not possible with data import tool.

Dataloading In Mass
What do you like best about the product?
Dataloader is my go to when it comes to taking a large amount of data and exporting or importing from Salesforce. It is also exceptional and letting me make a mass update or fix to data I might have already entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that any changes you make typically means that you need to restart the whole program and go through the process of logging in again to make sure the new changes are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dataloader to update, or to export information from Salesforce. This is great when the details of a particular field need updated in mass. A few minutes tweaking the data in a CV file, and you can update in one fell swoop with Dataloader.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to learn and easy to use. Very helpful with a great many Admin needs.

Dataloader is a very straightforward way of making bulk updates to your salesforce data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Just be careful with your data.

In our salesforce instance dataloader was the easiest way to make a bulk update. Usually this is for adhoc manual data needs such as backfills.

Build the API to expose endpoint.

API development is much easier in the Anypoint studio comparing to depending on coding.
Very Strong Development Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Runtime Manager - Extremely easy to deploy new applications and perform a basic analysis for any kind of problem.
Design Center - For me, the best tool to design and define new services in RAML. It's has all RAML features integrated and also reuse datatypes, examples and order defined services avoiding re-work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Your user cannot be re-used. Every time you have a new company project on Anypoint Platform, you need to create a new user and associate it to the new company. There is no way to have a single user and administrate the access or the projects. This is the worse thing in Anypoint Platform. An real example, I have more than 5 different users, created for Mulesoft Courses and different projects for different companies.
API Gateway is a little hard to use. It's no so intuitive and at your first look it can be painful to start tot use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RESTful services design and root cause analysis. For root cause analysis, the Runtime Manager allows you to check the history of requests (inbound and outbound) and also check per type of component (HTTP, Database, Webservices, etc.).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I extremely recommend Design Center as RESTful tool to develop APIs using RAML language. I'm a user of Design Center for more than 4 years and I did not find any other tool or solution (on-prem or cloud) better than Design Center. It has everything you need and also "compile" your code avoiding any kind of error in your service definition.
