It's a good software, I personally loved the Anypoint MQ REST APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly website, needs improvement.

Best Platform to connect different platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this platform is how it integrates different clouds with different capabilities to work on a single complex solution. it gives plenty of features to set up the communication between two different entities.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I feel is that there is something that can be done in the accessibility of the different features within the platform. It is evolving and I believe that it will get mature in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the biggest problem which is establishing communication between two different products. It works well with the clouds. It's currently the best middleware solution one can think of implementing in their organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I can say is go for it. It's a cost-efficient solution that can maximize productivity and ease of implementation also minimizing the maintenance burden.
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for Developers & Admins
What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft has been a great platform. It's admin friendly interface(design center especially). The drag & drop in anypoint studio helps beginners to understand it without messing with RAML syntax.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design studio comes with a limited free trial, we no longer will be able to create mule apps once the free trial is over. So it gets really hard to practice when you're a beginner to Mulesoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mulesoft divides the complex integration into simple parts. We no longer have to touch the system & process api's when we're integrating the same platform with few different configurations. Just update the experience according to the platform & we're good to go.
Safe and fast but a bit complicated sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
The manner of uploading is easy. Once you understand how its works is is a very fast and good tool. Autmazition is very good and nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities are a bit hard to find and when there is an error you still have to do a lot of manual care.

Automatic functionalities and also the safe envoirement for datahandeling.

Best API management tool with OOTB connecters
What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform allows us to manage the API in a simple and efficient manner. The policy management is also very effective. It also allows API developers to demonstrate the API designs to stakeholders very efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Is not recommended for the statems which process data in large amount. It can be used to process small data quickly and with high level of security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to manage our Payment processing APIs. We have created ESBs using OOTB connecters available with Anypoint Studio which allowed us to create APIs quickly with very less complexity.

What do you dislike about the product?
To complex for new bee to understand. Need some babysitting for three months to train a new bee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Cloud as well as hybrid model, allows all Catagory of client to pour into this type of integration technology.

API led integration is the strength - but development process is lengthy
What do you like best about the product?
Management of API is very detailed. It was easy to implement RESTful API using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. The logging from your mule flows can be accessed easily and there is also a facility to search any identifier that you had logged.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new person to learny the development of Flows and API creation takes a long time. Also, there a lot of technical details that they need to learn for which having a background in Java helps. Non Java people are at a loss. The development setup is quite CPU and RAM-intensive. Monitoring logs needs to improve a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented a lot of integrations where in there was a continuous flow of data throughout the day. We have also exposed APIs to other teams and units so that they can send the data to those endpoints, and we don't have to continuously poll for data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mulesoft is good for API led approach. Do try out PoC and see if your workloads require a full fledged iPaas

What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft helps in creating APIs, creating visual flows, test APIs. It has rich documentation which helps developers easy to learn.It has a playground Dataweave which helps beginners learn to develop API's easily. It is IDE MuleSoftIDE which can be downloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to set up in local machines. And it is not open source. Price is very high to set up in higher environments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating APIS, test and documenting APIs is very easy with mule soft. Rest API can be of XML or JSON format.

I highly recommend MuleSoft for creating APIS, testing, and documenting APIs
