Mulesoft is the best for data integration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to connect multiple platforms being able to design, implement, deploy and monitor applications. Also to make applications to be discoverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations for Mulesoft monitoring, only support one type of proxy and not all companies support it. Many dvabtages of mulesoft are lost because of that.

What do you dislike about the product?
MuleSoft is good for customers and has better features for monitoring and all features are easy to track and follow up via dashboard easily, but it is a little costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MuleSoft has the capability to customize and build API connections since there wasn't any out-of-the-box connection from the ERP / SFDC application.
And MuleSoft is part of SFDC company, When we implement SFDC CPQ, it is much easier to handle to a successful landing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when they roll out new versions, there can be hiccups with your existing setups, causing compatibility headaches. Plus, you might have to dig around a bit in the docs or the community to find answers to your specific questions.
But hey, it's not all bad. If you've got the time, budget, and a knack for diving into the nitty-gritty, MuleSoft can be a powerful integration tool. Just be prepared to navigate a few bumps along the way.
