What do you like best about the product?
BM App Connect allows you to simply connect applications and data across all of our environments. By supporting a wide range of integration styles from traditional SOA to modern event, API, and microservices-based, IBM App Connect provides a single integration tool for your entire business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need experience, otherwise it's very hard to configure and setup on producction. The documentation is not enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We connect applications and data across all of our environments and simplify the messaging between diferent component, connection between clusters and devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I dont like this product because its very hard to configurate and a wast of time. But is very usefull if time is not a problem.

I like the ease of use and interaction with other applications and ease of use of the service

I do not really like the difficulty of finding information on technical assistance even remotely

Simple to use connectivity to SAP connected across all of my organization moving data between CRM systems or a developer to support an access the data I need.
Not that great IBM connect

It’s good with its use ability but has limited features so they should focus on looking at their competitions and adding new features.

The fact that the cloud connectivity isn’t as smooth as amazon internal tools

It helps me connect to the cloud and keep all my data from different tools at one place

What do you like best about the product?
IBM app connect helps you integrate your business data using ibm cloud technologies with ease.It has many best features like it deals with simpler systems with that much ease as much it deals with complex systems which is a great feature of it.You can setup everything in minutes.It helps us to connect the traditional storage systems with cloud systems and do processing on it which is a great postive feature of app connect.It helps us work with all types of storages system through cloud itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things difficult to understand but that can be sorted our by contacting with their customer service so no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using IBM app connect for connecting various SaaS infrastructures for our company and integrate all of them to the cloud.I have also used it for my clients to gather everything in one place when ever they have to sort everything out so IBM App connect is a great app to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using IBM App connect because it helps you connect different storage infrastructures and help sort our if your business has variety of data sources.Also it is a service that has a great customer service and you can get help with everything you want.Also it doesn't take more than minutes to get it up and started so It is recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
i have around 2 years of working experience on IBM App Connect , IBM App Connect enables different information to flow between different different type of applications which are mostly business related , it has one very good and appreciating feature in it which is Accessibility this feature helps it's users who has physical disabilities like problem in vision etc . , using the IBM App Connect Tool Kit it becomes very easy to create modern , powerful and complex applications and also we can able to create API's and work as a 3rd party API provider , and to create API in IBM App Connect we just need to create event driven flow for API and we don't require to write a single line of code too.
What do you dislike about the product?
quality of support provided is not so good and it's not possible to debug the flows for testing purpose!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in our company we use it to create highly integrated and complex APi's ,services etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's one of the best tool for creating modern applications using new cloud native technologies very easily , and in case if you're new to IBM APP COnnect , you can easily learn it from youtube or from their own website easily too ! !
very easy to create flows for API !!
What do you like best about the product?
i have been using IBM App connect for 1 year , it's very easy to transform the whole logic in terms of event driven flow diagrams by integrating with different different services rapidly and easily ,like ASANa, Massage Hub, Sales Force , SAP . in IBM App connect you can transform the whole thing which you were doing in any other programming language means you can add if , else ,else if , loops etc very easily because of it's User interface , it becomes so much easy to create an event driven flow or flow for an API very easily and rapidly !
What do you dislike about the product?
as if now there is nothing to dislike about IBM App Connect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we us IBM App connect to create flows for our REST APIs often!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it becomes very easy connect the applications with the use of API workflow which automates so many stuffs very interactively , easily , rapidly. so, over all it's a good product to use for API management !!

What do you dislike about the product?
No daily/weekly/monthly detailed logs. It would be great to have such reports to understand how much data flows through App Connect and if there is any issue with data loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to connect several platforms using their APIs. Moreover, it was really easy to explain to our client how to use this tool.

Its reliability and the large number of endpoints for connectivity are valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM has gone back and forth on licensing for this product. Make sure you get the licensing that lets you have unlimited endpoints; otherwise, you will need to account for each separate endpoint in your licensing costs and adding more automation has a price impa
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The most valuable feature for me is the availability of the adapters, which are already made out of the box.
- Whether it be a CRM, ERP or whatever you want to integrate with, customers get the integration projects done at least 40% ahead of time. That's a great benefit for them and for us.

Soluciones en la nube para empresas que quieran innovar
What do you like best about the product?
Facilidad de uso, puedes hacer login usando los datos de la empresa en la que trabajas o bien siendo cliente de IBM. Muchas opciones de personalización: creación de encuestas, Blogs o Wikias (enciclopedias de conocimiento compartido), recordatorios pero, sobre todo, almacenamiento de archivos en la nube. Sin dejar de tener en cuenta el lado "social": compartir archivos, enlaces y sensaciones con los demás.

Dificultad de acceso para usuarios inexpertos. Pongamos por ejemplo una empresa antigua que quiere entrar en la era digital: la interfaz es intuitiva, pero la barrera de login y los pasos que esta empresa tendrían que realizar para "estar a la última" podrían echar hacia atrás a muchos perezosos. He conocido muchos jefes de empresa poco dispuestos a "estas modernidades".
Esto nos lleva a su problema base: quien quiera compartir archivos en empresa (o en la escuela, universidad, cualquier entorno cooperativo) tiene alternativas mucho más abiertas. Obviamente me estoy refiriendo a servicios como Google Drive (y su fallida red social Google +) y, cómo no, Dropbox. Personalmente he tenido más éxito en proyectos utilizando estas alternativas ya que, como digo, no todo el mundo es capaz de dejar la "pereza" de un sistema para unirse a otro. Es un hecho que muchísima gente tiene cuenta de Google, sin embargo les costaría mucho más confiar en una aplicación "externa" a las que están ya en su móvil.
Estas dos barreras creo que son de lo que menos me gusta.

Crear un espacio de privacidad con el cual afrontar retos desde una perspectiva de equipo. Beneficios a largo plazo en cuestiones de confianza entre los empleados.
La posibilidad de "humanizar" los diferentes elementos de la empresa y ejecutar aún así las "órdenes" y objetivos que esta se marca.
En el fondo, estas ventajas las podrías conseguir en muchísimas diferentes apps, pero el elemento de la privacidad hace que IBM Connections sea óptima.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Si utilizáis esta aplicación en vuestro día a día vais a ver que facilita muchísimo la vida, en cambio si vuestro entorno empresarial no suele ser muy "moderno", tendréis más problemas que facilidades. Recomiendo una explicación/tutorial para resolver dudas antes de la implementación en vuestra empresa.
