Over the years ACE keeps getting better and more exciting to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that IBM App Connect makes it easier to connect different systems and application, whether they’re in the cloud or on-prem. Even though there is a learning curve, once you get a hang of the tool and gain some experience it is incredibly powerful and easy to use. Over the years the product is getting increasingly more stable and also a bunch of features are being added continuously. The discovery connectors are very nice addition that solve a lot of difficult tasks with ease. Very exciting to see what the future holds for this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a learning Curve, which IBM tries to solve by adding the app connect designer tool for non technical users. I think the toolkit still can be improved a lot to help with the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given that I am a consultant it helped solve a lot of issues with different customers.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM App Connect excels at integrating applications across hybrid environments with minimal coding. The user-friendly interface, wide range of prebuilt connectors, and real-time data syncing capabilities make it extremely powerful for streamlining workflows and automating business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although highly functional, the initial learning curve for new users can be slightly steep. The documentation could be more beginner-friendly, and in some complex integrations, troubleshooting logs lack enough granularity for root cause analysis.

IBM App Connect is solving our problem of siloed systems and inefficient workflows. By enabling seamless integration between cloud and on-premise applications, it improves data flow, enhances team productivity, and ensures consistent and accurate business operations.
10+ years ACE experience and still enjoying the product
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the all-in one solution. It's easy to connect a bunch of applications since everything is right there at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using ACE is that there is a bit of a learning curve. It's not the easiest to start with. Also the toolkit itself is a bit outdated.

IBM App connect is an open solution for all your application integration needs. Thanks to the cloud connectors and patters it is easy to use. It provides the perfect mix about easu of use and features. It is open and extensible so if you need something that is not included you can build it yourself using your preferred technology.

Licensing model can be better to run in a containerize environment

What do you like best about the product?
I used this to manage my email automation, and it’s been an amazing experience. By using App Connect, you can monitor all your resources in one place, integrate multiple apps, services, and databases, and automate your workflows. The UI and pre-built templates provide an excellent experience, helping you work faster and create easy flows by simply connecting credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a high level of workflow configuration knowledge to manage your flows. They should also provide guided documentation for every configuration, like GCP does on the right-hand side, which would be helpful for beginners, provide a proper labs to get intract with new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solve a problem to automate your work flow by just drag and drop option but at configuration level you just need a high level of automation knowledge , In my case i used this plaform to only automate a mailChamp which help me to schedule and automate the process of mail.

The IBM App Connect is a great application to connect with SaaS applications. We can easily create APIs and access many applications using this application.
It provides capabilities like simplified user interface, artificial intelligence which reduces manual effort.

Sometimes a connect error occurs which causes software use inefficiently.

It is providing platform to integrate with SaaS applications efficiently. It also enables the functionality to connect with different APIs and it is very easy to use.

IBM APP Connect Enterprise is easy to use and where the implemention of APP connect server is also very flexible to an administrator.
The integration capabilites are very high as compared to other products. IBM APP Connect integration with IBM API connect will steal your visions to get more success over publishing the APIs
Coming to customer support from IBM is very prompt and technically challanged people.
