Access to a unique interface combining different security modules
What do you like best about the product?
Bastion was able to integrate into our infrastructure in a few minutes. It is an early warning solution that allows us to anticipate threats and protect ourselves in case of detection on the "deep web." The awareness and phishing test module is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Propose more personalized phishing themes.

The 360 security, and the audit that is done in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to set up and manage the Bastion Platform thanks to its seamless integrations with most standard software and their support team. The platform surfaced relevant insights which helped us improve our security posture overnight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much as this stage but as a disclaimer we haven’t pushed it to the limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to implement a cybersecurity awareness program on top of other cyber initiatives for compliance and insurance reasons. Bastion stood out as

Great tool to improve your teams cyber resilience
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and set up, and also very effective to assess the cyber maturity of my teams. The last time we had tried to perform phishing attacks, most emails ended up in spam. Because Bastion is well-integrated with Microsoft account, we didn’t have this problem which turned out to be a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great experience so far, not much to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to raise awareness across my teams on the cyber risks. While this seems straightforward, the reality is not and Bastion Technologies has been instrumental in helping us solving this with a user-friendly platform and great customer support team.
Great all-in-one cyber protection
What do you like best about the product?
The Bastion Technologies platform is so easy to set up and manage. We’ve tried multiple solutions so far and Bastion has been much better, in terms of breadth, simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe adding some more languages supported would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our security stack used to be expensive. With Bastion we’ve been able to reduce our overall cost while extending our security coverage with external surface scan and Microsoft 365 coverage.

The platform is nearly flawless in its execution. If there's room for improvement, it would be in offering more customized phishing scenarios tailored to specific industries.

By focusing on phishing awareness, Bastion Technologies addresses a critical vector for cybersecurity breaches, significantly lowering the risk of phishing attacks and enhancing the overall security culture within organizations.
Very simple to setup and complete cyber Saas for an SME
What do you like best about the product?
The Bastion team was very pedagogical and effective throughout the process of diagnosing our cyber risk and subsequently making objective recommendations. The modular approach allows us to avoid duplication with the EDR we already have in place, but the other modules on a single platform help reduce costs compared to vertical solutions.
And the platform is very user friendly and simple to use, for instance to launch phishing simulations, monitor results and push cyber trainings at relevant times.

Not much to be honest! It's cost effective and has everything I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bastion enables to effortlessly maintain a high level of vigilance across employees thanks to phishing campaigns sent throughout the year. We do not have to create the templates ourselves. In addition to this the scan module helped us correct some vulnerabilities quickly after the appeared.

For me the killer feature is the Prospect Report. With 1 click, you can assess the cyber posture of your prospect and bring visible the invisible.

They are smarter than me, and it's a big problem.

Bastion Technologies is set up in seconds, integrate seamlessly with your Google Workspace environment and protects your across multiple areas. I like how much time and money is saved, compared to patchwork of verticalized cyber solutions.

Not much so far, the team is reactive and solve issues fast

As a small financial institution, we need to both install a security culture across our employees, level up our cyberdefenses and comply with financial & GDPR regulations. Bastion Technologies has been instrumental in addressing those 3 challenges at the same time, with little effort and budget on our side.
