What do you like best about the product?
User friendly software with simple interface, ease to use, saves lots of time and manual work. Makes it easy to manage supply chain operations

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy is solving from Route planning to handling 3PL tracking and hub operations which benefits Hub managers in managing bulk Shipments. Its user friendly and smart solutions also helps in cost saving and increased efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
Many things are good but I want to highlight few things here.
They provide time efficient technology/solution.
User friendly.
Cost efficient.
Shipment Visibility .
Route Optimization
Wonderful Support Team
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such about dislike.


As a Shipsy User I request them to resolve production issue within ETA.
Product changes ( UI Changes) update should be inform before release on production/Demo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Shipsy we Can able to track Shipment in real time, also we can able to Put some validation on CN level.

What do you like best about the product?
Shipsy Dashboard & Smart track app ( SCD delivery & QR code payment ) & new look of the customer portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data sync, sometimes takes time to sync and due to this issue, the actual realtime status is not getting reflected to the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good support for solving the API & Plugins issue, and it helps us to complete the integration on time.

What do you like best about the product?
As an organization , Shipsy is ensuring to meet the deliverables and flexible enough to accmodate the enhancements and changes from their end to meet the end objectives of the client.
Aftermath suport that shipsy is providing to client is good and deserves appreciation for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of like .Keep the frameworks flexible to hook any changes in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Logistic management.
2.Status updates to our systems from the delivery partners.
3. Acting as a pass through of data to the dalivery partners.

And all the opertaions in dashboard itself with no Tcodes

What do you like best about the product?
Shipsy user interface or Integration with Shipsy is quite simple and they have a lot of features which come in handy at the time. Shipsy overall is a go-to TMS platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Shipsy is being used by many companies, there are at time where it becomes difficult to get a customisable JSON
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
since Shipsy has integration with major 3PL couriers, any product company can directly integrate with Shipsy to do a booking with 3PL partners. Operations team can also control the allotment of 3pl by maintain the best shipper master directly in Shipsy
