some time data transfer issue is there but this can be handlled smoothly with the support team

Easy to use by ground user/Rider.
Order allocation though On demand app is useful for hyperlocal business

Bugs should be fixed with in ETA. CRM data download issue also should be fix

sometimes its server is down and we don't know what is the exact solution for this

What do you like best about the product?
Gives you the allaround support and they have the best quality tech engineers who discuss your desired alingnments and gives you what you want . Support executives are also excellent .
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs only which needs to improve . There is some bugs there on SMARTRACK and in the app too , but that can be fixed . So no major comments on this , everything can not be perfect in this era .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently we have asked the team to develop few points which we want to add as a feature , In 3 days they developed as well again we have asked them to add few more points , they didnt hesitated and supportively the developed all on time .
