What do you like best about the product?
Visibility and Transparency: Shipsy provides real-time visibility into all aspects of the supply chain, from raw material sourcing to product delivery. This transparency allows for better decision-making and quick response to changes.The New Shipsy BI and Analystics features supports in creating a specialized Data flow suiting the various requirements based on transportation, Perfromance,Demand Planning and Cost
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy integartion challenges with sister SCM softwaressuch as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems SAP ,. Compatibility issues arise, leading to delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy generates actionable insights from raw data, allowing Control tower to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed strategic decision in relation to optimization,Demand planning and investigate movement of any Product across the SCM till delivery.The centralized information makes it easier to capitulate and create a comined database for Pan India and easy for Operational purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very approachable staff and provide helpful system environment to work with. User friendly and understandable. Timely updates on tickets is one best part of keeping the stakeholders aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major but alot of times there is system slowness being faced or few of the apps have data sync issues which creates issues for real time updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the entire shipment transportation logistics, timely 1st mile booking to last mile updations, Data Sync etc

Its user frendly TMS system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time site get down or getting error whicle downloading the data from the dashboard panel .
while tracking of the consigment user can not download event label data for that particular shipment without using BI. This need to be devlop for the smooth tracking of the shipment to know history of the consigment.

1) Simple & Easy to use
2) Gives a complete overview of a Shipment from First Mile right till the time same is delivered to the CX

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Confusion between Parent CN / Child CN
2) Instead of giving a proper solution of any problem, most of the time we've been only giving / suggested workarounds
3) BI needs a complete overall. BI has a lot of potentials just needs to be executed properly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy is not just a TMS platform anymore. Its BI feature has been of great use lately. In most of the scenarios, I have very often used Shipsy's BI feature instead of using any other software like Tableau.

Not available in Arabic and urdu, need local language support
