it's an amazing experience working with the Shipsy team.

We are using Shipsy for TMS (FLM/MM).
I like the transparency of tracking Shipment and the efficiency of it.
It has solved our Transportation issues for us.

Almost 3PL partners already onboarded with Shipsy so it easy to choose carriers partner for our business .

It's difficult to use BI for new users.Some times they are doing unplanned UI Changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Middle mile process made easy with the help of shipsy. Able to easily create trip and get the same routed to correct destionation

There are certain things which needs a bit of improvement like validation on some events

Shipsy is helping us to drive our logistics with ease. A lot of automation which tends to decrease the manual work load

They take action quickly & resolve querries. I am working with shipsy & its a wonderful jorney with it as its employees are so good & polite & quick replies we are getting from them and there are more best things about shipsy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it takes to resolve a querry max time when we need it on urgent basis. May be due to its server issue or something otherwise it doing well copmpletly & I am not suffering with any bad face of shipsy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When data not get synced on time then we raise a ticket & they solve it & many types of querries like this. Even Smart Track issues they resolve and any tecnhical problem we do face then shipsy resolve it very quickly.
