Nothing in particular as whether was expected is being provided for

Getting currest position of all our shipments at sea and also keeping clients updated on the same.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty Goods helps us be on the ball with our Export documentation when we had ready datoa on all teh shipments reaching their destination in real time.
Overall great experience however technical support needs improvement

We are somehow off-track in terms of a final product implementation, we are still finding errors almost every day

What do you like best about the product?
Shipsy Saves time and improves our data accuracy that helps improve ourplanning. Plus Customer support of Shipsy is very quick and effective, they always listen to us and close the issues immediately. They are also bringing new changes and constantly making improvements to ease our pain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Earlier few shipping lines were out of scope but they have been adding more every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing Container Tracking and ETA update to stakeholders. Our planning has improved and decision-making has become easier. Detention and Demurrage have also gone down.
