Benefits are- Time-saving for us, and we don't have to search on our emails.
Shipsy is a very good website based to track all the shipment in one single use.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness. Functionalities - the tracking and rate procurement are excellent. Onboarding of the agents/liners and freight forwarders were smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will be another session conducted by Hayati soon - we can then gauge their feedback. soi far, nothing that we don't like as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key problems - tracking of our containers. This was not easily done before as we had to call the liners etc when we were in a crisis mode the the US CBP issued WRO without any notice. and getting the rates would take 2 to 3 days with the PIC having to call them one by one.... not efficient way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those in the Supply Chain and Logistics involving containerised freights, I would highly recommend Shipsy as the platform to enable the team be more efficient and responsive to meet both the business requirements and the customers' need-to-know of their shipments at our fingertips.

Automatic tracking of nvocc shipments is not available.

We used to send shipments update via mails shipsy has automated DSR so it has helped us.

Helped to track top carriers, and deliver notifications to customers. Daily DSR which helps to get the exact milestone notifications. Easy identification of completed shipments. Very feasible to update the status of customers

Tracking of the Delayed shipment details with more information. The dashboard's view can be improved with more drill-down options or filters. Counts of shipments can be displayed against the carriers. Need more significant carriers to be mapped

Visibility and an integrated network in one simple and scalable solution. Businesses track all shipments in one place and notify customers of the latest delivery status.DSR, which makes the customer happy and avoids unnecessary mail communication.
