The solution considered SaaS is amazing, we might need to work a bit more on timelines.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipsy is our main logistics platform. I'm sure that there are still lots of analytics and operations enhancements we can develop together, however the experience now is fine following our requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Shipsy is considered one of the best Logistics software, however, you will need to assign key project manager on top of it to make sure that the organization is utilizing the applications capabilities in full.

What do you like best about the product?
We have implemented Shipsy's Route Optimization Tool for our internal fleet, and we are implementing the Courier Aggregator as well. The tools is intuitive to use, and the support from the team during the implementation has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in the reporting front were not available at the time of implementation, however in the roadmap and looking forward to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A tool to manage internal fleet, smart allocation of omnichannel orders to 3PLs, and better order visibility to the SCM team & customers.

Some activities require commitment to deliver, which I believe is due to the number of changes in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding clients based on a business list, also having a simple way to execute the order besides the fast way to integrate. The highest benefit is that we are onboarding our customers in a very short time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend for the customers to use the Shipsy system. It is easy and has multiple features where you can do more activities with less development.
