Efficient Tool For Rider Management
What do you like best about the product?
Tech team with good capabilities to understand the client requirements and deliver. Flexible application to integrate. Rider Pooling model which we recently rolled out. Dashboard with good analytical information, rider tracking which is very helpful for outlet staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike but sometimes timelines are being extended, ensure to stick to agreed timelines to deliver the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rider Fleet Management, increased Rider availability, saving delivery time and cost.

Dispatching rates need a bit of revision to be tailored for low margin markets similar to Egypt and industries that have small basket size similar to groceries

Software is very user-friendly, and customizable. Team is super responsive in resolving the queries.

Not able to capture the actual attempts made for the customer orders efficiently sometimes.

Customer order tracking. Last-mile biker efficiency in terms of customer deliveries.

Tracking of the containers is the most likely thing in Shipsy, I am personally very Happy with container tracking & its view of tracking,,,,,Good

The response time from team Shipsy & customer service is not as per our expectation or below average,,, its needs to be improved

The main issue which was resolved was the clear visibility on shipment tracking; due to this, many complaints from customers got reduced.
