Excellent Onboarding Experience with PowerDMARC
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience with PowerDMARC has been one of the best I have had when bringing on a new solution. Jubin was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He scheduled three separate web sessions to walk me through the configuration step by step, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was set up correctly. It made what could have been a complicated rollout feel easy and manageable. I am very happy with the platform and the support, and I highly recommend working with PowerDMARC if you are looking for a reliable DMARC solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into any issues. Everything has worked as expected, and the support has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is helping us gain full visibility and control over email authentication across our domains. It's addressing issues around spoofing and phishing by making sure DMARC, SPF, and DKIM are all properly configured and monitored. The platform gives us peace of mind knowing that our email domain is protected and our deliverability is improved. It's a key part of strengthening our overall security posture.

Easy setup, clear reporting, and strong protection against email spoofing. The platform is user-friendly, and their support team is very good. It makes email security simple and effective.

Some of the advanced features can feel overwhelming at first.

Ease of system/portal design. The entire team provided amazing service with timely and appropriate responses as assistance was needed.

Can't think of anything not to like...very easy to use with solid support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of DMARC management.
Tons of features
What do you like best about the product?
They can host SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, and MTA-STS so you don't have to keep modifying the DNS of your email sending domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I've run into is when trying to identify specific emails from the DMARC reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all of our email sending domains into a DMARC enforcement mode.

The PowerDMARC team are experienced and helpful. Our representative, Jubin, was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through every step with clarity. The platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly once you're introduced to the many options available, easy to implement and integrate. The detailed reports provided valuable insights into our email authentication status and helped us take action to protect our domain. Our overall experience, PowerDMARC’s excellent support and straightforward interface made the entire process both smooth and effective.

PowerDMARC helped some challenges related to email security and domain protection. This includes prevention of unauthorised entities from sending emails that appear to come from your organization, thereby mitigating phishing and spoofing attempts. It is one platform that enables the setup and management of DMARC, DKIM, and SPF, making it easier to establish and maintain email authentication protocols. The reduction in fraudulent messages protects both internal and external stakeholders. Email security and validation protects your organization’s brand reputation and email deliverability.
The platform has a user-friendly dashboard and provides automated reports for clear visibility into who is sending email on behalf of your domain, allowing you to quickly spot and remediate suspicious activity. This level of insight streamlines troubleshooting and saves time in daily operations. What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC is user-friendly, provides clear insights into email authentication, and helps strengthen security with ease and Darpan has been a big help throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex to set up initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still in the set up phase but so far it helps protect our domain from email spoofing, phishing attacks, and unauthorized use. It gives us better visibility into email activity, improves deliverability, and strengthens our overall email security.
Building and deploying bulletproof e-mail security has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
We love the easy to use interface and onboarding customers is a breeze. The wizard walks you through the process and there are several steps where you can check your work before proceeding. Support is always helpful when reaching out and they are receptive to new ideas on how to improve the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't currently an easy way to determine how many domains are associated with each customer from the MSSP portal and the performance of the website can vary wildly from very fast to very slow to respond to requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of spam and domain impersonation has been the largest benefit.
