Fantastic company, product, and MSP vendor
What do you like best about the product?
- Very easy and intuitive multi-tennant management
- Flexible partner program with easy to work with terms and pricing
- Intuitive management and client/user interface and reporting
- Alerting capabilities
- Responsive and knowledgable technical support
- A robust analysis toolkit that allows you to easily analyze customer domains and generate reports
The above can be said (to some degree) about most MSP vendors, but after reviewing and trialing all of the major solutions, we selected PowerDMARC for the following reasons:
- Their minimum price point was low. We could slowly grow our business without needing to worry about minimums right off the bat.
- They offer short-consulting blocks so that it's easy to get help without committing to large contracts
- Flexible terms and pricing that worked with my budget
- The ability to setup BIMI without a trademarked logo (even if works in fewer placed)
- A sales and technical team that never tired of my questions and requests, and always worked hard not just to close the request, but to make sure that it solved my issue.
And I'm just going to say it - a sales team that is availabe, but doesn't harrass you with phone calls about new products, services, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
My gripes are fairly minor:
- I do wish their MSP program included internal-use licensing. However, the cost is so low that this really isn't much of an issue.
- I wish the branded marketing materials were a bit stronger/better. The caveat with this is that I haven't looked into this in depth yet, so it may already be better than what I observed when looking into it 4 months ago.
What I will say is that when I've had a problem, they've worked hard to resolve the issue, so I really don't have ongoing/longstanding problems.

Powerdmarc ticks all the boxes
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service and the portal is straight forward, domains are easy to setup and it has all the functionaility we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, although if we ever needed to upgrade to the enterprise plan it does seem somewhat high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to efficiently and professionally manage DMARC across all the domains we support.

What do you like best about the product?
I found PowerDMARC after the Google and Yahoo new email sender requirements were issued. PowerDMARC’s DMARC solution provides you with tools to defend your domain and boost your email deliverability rate.
The simplicity of use of this tool is one of my favorite features. The UI is user-friendly and the setup procedure is simple. You'll be able to get started with DMARC in no time.
It’s reporting and analytics provide you with a lot of good information.
All things considered, I recommend PowerDMARC to everyone searching for a reliable and user-friendly DMARC solution. Investing in email security is a wise decision.

I found no disadvantages as of now. Everything is fine.

It is bringing efficiency to our system. PowerDMARC automates the DMARC deployment process saving a lot of time. It lowers the possibility of misconfigurations.
Comprehensive dmarc report tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hosted Services feature are the best, Ramping up the dmarc policies is easier this way. I also like they provide the MTA-STS option, available as a hosted service too. Customer service has been very helpful so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have been a bit more MSP friendly, while compliance is visible for all clients at a glance, managing a one still needs impersonating a client account

Truly Excellent Customer Experience

In the couple of months our company has interfaced with PowerDMARC, two things have become clear:
1) We should have done this ages ago
2) Customer experiences should all be as exceptional as this. Jagpreet, Swapnil, Hridi, and the rest of the team has been effecient, responsive, and effective.
The platform is easy to use and was a breeze to get started. I log in multiple times a day. There is a myriad of features, and those features integrate well into our current business.

I dislike that they didn't reach out to me sooner. I could have been helping clients protect their domains, email & reputation much longer but we only just met. lol

PowerDMARC solves many problems. Mainly, they help us ensure nobody can spoof/impersonate our clients domain/email which is huge in protecting them not only from potential hacking attempts or reputation issues but also ensuring mail delivery is increased.

I absolutely love PowerDMARC's Domain Health Checker! It's a powerful tool that has transformed the way I manage my email security. It provided a complete view of my email authentication protocol health check status. This feature alone has saved me countless hours of troubleshooting and monitoring my email domains.

Honestly, there's nothing to dislike about PowerDMARC. The user interface is intuitive for beginners, once you get the hang of it it becomes a breeze to navigate.

We have had excellent communication despite the language differences, they have been super friendly and have always been attentive to our queries.
