Very intuitive, ease of troubleshooting, finding then fixing email security issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Tools are all in one place to help configure and oversee issues with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Ease of setup, for sure. Our sales Rep always very reponsive to my requests. Helpful knowledgebase.
We use it all the time to check email flow and any issues associated.

What do you dislike about the product?
RIght now I cannot think of any. Things setup smoothly. Support is wonderful and guides you though the fine tuning of your services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what is being blocked and by whom. ease of reporting and fixing any issues, also seeing whos on the naughty list for bad IP's.

PowerDMARC helps in so many ways
What do you like best about the product?
Generally we would do and mange DNS demands by hand and PowerDMARC has made a wonderful sy stem to help show off were you have problems what you need to correct and how.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cant find anything to not like the few little things that come to mind they are already on top of and have a solid roadmap continuing to grow and improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various levels of email drama revealed and resolved quickly and easy
All in one email security with good support
What do you like best about the product?
The PowerDMARC platform offers all email security features, including hosted DMARC, DKIM, and SPF protocols. Additionally, they provides MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI to enhance email transport security. Support team is responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no complaints. PowerDMARC has made managing it well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no monitoring of DMARC reports. Analyzing large volumes of data and multiple report was time taking and complex. Which is critical for making informed decisions on whether switch to quarantine or reject for non-compliant emails.
PowerDMARC provides valuable tools to manage DMARC in an MSP friendly way
What do you like best about the product?
The multi-tenant functionality of PowerDMARC is very helpful when managing DMARC for many clients. We login often to keep an eye on DMARC issues for our clients. Additionally, the hosted DMARC and SPF makes DNS implementation for multiple clients easy and straightforward. The MSP account manager is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multi-tenant feature can be a bit cumbersome in that to switch tenants you need to log out of a sub-tenant, go back to the main console then login into a different sub-tenant. Some of the reports can be overwhelming and not as graphically simplified as with some other DMARC vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC allows us to manage and monitor DMARC and SPF for all of our MSP clients.
Simple and user frendly
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC is simple and user-friendly. The platform helps us to comply with our DMARC requirements quickly and easily. The tools that they offer are very easy to understand and implement. We used their PowerSPF tool to simplify our SPF record since we had a few SPF records to be combined.
Throughout the implementation, customer support was exceptional. Especial thank goes to Jubin who helped us during our implementation and guided us on making the DMARC compliance. The platform has been designed and implemented with ease of integration. We use the platform quite frequently to check our scores.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using PowerDMARC for 6 months now and nothing to dislike at this moment.

We needed to comply with DMARC. The PowerDMARC platform helped us to achieve this in a short period with great customer support.
Makes DMARC management affordable and easy
What do you like best about the product?
First the contact with support is very good not only during sales but also after. Then interface is well structured and easy to use. Last I did try many other similar services before PowerDMARC and in the end PowerDMARC was the best when thinking about price, user-friendly and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just now I have nothing I really dislike. It could be better translated into Italian which is my language.

I had to implement DMARC to monitor and verify mail on my many clients domains. PowerDMARC both Gabe me the opportunity to learn what was needed and then do the job.
PowerDMARC is a trusted cybersecurity partner
What do you like best about the product?
Cybersecurity is becoming more and more important--and can be difficult for small businesses (like mine) to keep up with on their own. A subset of cybersecurity broadly, email integrity is critical to maintaining trust with clients--and this is where PowerDMARC excels. I have found their responsiveness and customer service to be excellent.They have helped me incrementally lock-down my email security so that I can feel confident that bad actors are not able to impersonate my business via email. This, in turn, helps protect my company's brand.

There is a bit of a learning curve to understand how to use and get the most out of PowerDMARC--at least for a non-IT person like me.

PowerDMARC helps protect the security of my email communication with my clients. It benefits me by giving me confidence that bad actors can not impersonate my business via email.
Excellent DMARC Platform for Governments
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast platform, very simple UI, excellent support and value for money. Helped us to reach to p=reject quickly. The implementation was very smooth and quick and helped us reach to desired state in no time. We have done several integrations and were pretty good.

What do you like best about the product?
Very detailed reporting, Very intuitive UI/UX, Comprehensive protocols, excellent customer support and was easily integrated to our email services. The implementation was very fast to p=reject.
