Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The report screen is easy to use and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are so many functions, it would be good if there was a setting for administrators to disable functions that are not being used from the screen.
Also, it would be nice if the PDF reports available with the basic plan were a little more detailed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we propose the implementation of DMARC to our email service customers, we are recommending it as an easy-to-use reporting solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Jagpreet taking the time to answer my questions and review my issues. He was not high pressure but was kind and helpful. In the end, he said I really didn't need the program due to the low number of emails that I was sending. He explained some issues I was concerned about and set my mind at ease. I truely appreciate his time and energy in explaining everything. Thank you, Jagpreet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have any negative issues. I would highly recommend reaching out to PowerDMARC if you think this is a tool that you might need.

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC is awesome! It’s really helped improve our email security. The tool is super easy to use, and setting it up was a breeze. The support team is fast and friendly, always ready to help. Plus, the features are fantastic and really useful. Highly recommend it if you need a solid solution for your domain protection

Most comprehensive and excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I'd been looking to white label a DMARC service for some time and left quite underwhelmed by other platforms I had trialled. PowerDMARC ticks every box for me, and boxes I hadn't even considered. The DMARC offering is great enough as it is, but with hosted SPF, DKIM, MTA-STA and BIMI, it's amazing. I love the custom-branded reports that are easy to generate, giving me an easy-to-deploy add-on for my lead generation when upselling DMARC services to potential clients.
As a consultant, helping clients uncover email delivery issues using DMARC reports is so much easier on PowerDMARC than any other platform I've used.
It's quick to deploy a new client, simple to deploy the various hosted DNS services, and the tools for generating DMARC, BIMI, etc, are fantastic.
PowerDMARC also deploy new features and improved functionality on a regular basis and the communications to support those changes are spot on.
Update: It's been a few months since I posted this review and wanted to sahre that the ongoing changes to the platform have really delivered great value.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of issues with hosted DKIM and DKIM reporting using the power analyzer. However, the support team were quick to resolve these and we were back up and running in hours.

Update: It's been a few months since I posted this review and I've had a couple of issues with the hosted DKIM service. Once again, delighted by the response and I've deployed the alerting that I probably should have done earlier. I think these alerts should be on by default and then users can "tune back" if they want to.

Excellent reporting that is easy to drill down into, helping me uncover issues with client's platforms.
Update: The new version of the DMARC reporting analysis dashboard is phenomenal and filtering functions are very useful.

Great DMARC tool and great support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been looking for a suitiable tool to provide DMARC services to multiple clients and this provides that service at a very good price.
After the intial onboarding session, it is fairly easy to understand and if I have had any issues or questions support has been very quick and helpful.

Each client has a separate real/virtual login and you have to log out of each one before viewing another client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling me to monitor and verify email sent by each client domain in legitimate and enable policies accordingly
Amazing solution for ALL DNS needs
What do you like best about the product?
How I can always get help from their friendly support staff to provide explicit syntax or hop on a call and make sure I have the second set of eyes that working on DNS so often warrants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flattened SPFs can confuse support agents who have never encountered them before. This is not PowerDMARC's fault, but I've definitely stubbed my toe on this topic in a few support calls w Google or Hubspot or whatever.

How to make SPF, DKIM, and DMARC simple to modify and easy to understand.

Best in class products and services. Forward thinking and innovative.
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Power DMARC are helpful, knowledgeable and forward thinking. By far the best platform I found for mail authentication plus extras. Hosted DKIM, SPF and DMARC makes life much easier. Huge toolkit of add ons. Incredbile value for resellers and direct customers. The only company who seem to offer options for actually dealing with rogue domains sending unathorised emails. DMARC reports are all very well, but what happens when something needs actioning!

None I'm aware of! I have only positive things to say.

adding customers to the portal is effecient and fast.
consolidation of all the customers in a single pane of glass is fast and easy to navigate.

Sometimes the logs leave a little to be wanted, I think that issue more resides in the base technology than the software.

A single pain of glass to assist the management of mutiple client with differing Domain control panels. Offering consistance of experience

New tabs open for every action which can be very confusing at first

with multiple sending agencies it is key that they are properly authneticated and validified which is possible via PowerDMARC
