What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC made is super easy for me to take control of my mail flow. I was able to incrementally step up my DKIM, DMARC and SPF records without impacting my users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not complaints about this product.

Darpan was very knowledgeable and a strong support person. He had answers to my questions before I even asked them lol

Effortless Setup—The Most Advanced DMARC, DKIM, SPF Tool Out There

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so simple to use. What takes hours to usually roll out. I was able to roll out my domain and configure it in under 20 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is the most Advanced DMARC, DKIM, SFP tool on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional DMARC tools dont have clear reporting and path for deployment.

DMARC and DKIM are traditionally a pain to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how convenient it is to handle all the DMARC settings within a single, user-friendly platform. Their support team has been excellent in walking us through set up and troubleshooting for our specific clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more customization options available in the Whitelabel section. Some of the current image sizing choices don't work well with our logo, which isn't a major issue, but having more flexibility would be a nice improvement.

Additionally, switching between clients in the MSSP view is a little tedious. Right now, you have to log in as a specific client and then log out to return to the MSSP view. It would be much easier if there were a "User/Client" drop-down menu in the upper right corner, allowing you to quickly switch back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us protect our clients emails and reputations by blocking spoofing.

What do you like best about the product?
The Tech was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with various things that were not clear. This saves me much valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not understand the pricing,
It was not clear to me that I would need an enterprise lic if I wanted certain features

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set-up and configuration. At least for a technical knowledgeable person - being familiar with DNS records setup, mailserver configurations. With the guidance (wizzards) provided, it was easy to implement. The number of features is comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
None experienced so far. I may have overlooked clear explanation about what exactly the hosted services are meant for -or- I should spend more time on reading the information provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to raise the relevance and trustfulness of my domain. I also hope it may help reducing the spoofing of my domain name, as well the flow of unwanted mails towards my domain.

Easy Platform for DMARC Management

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great tools for troubleshooting. Theres also great guides that take you through the process of setup. We have most of our managed domains in PowerDMARC, as integration is very easy. We use PowerDMARC almost everyday for its various reporting tools. So when were not setting up new domains were monitoring our current ones. Customer Support also is very responsive, on the odd occassion where I need support, an advisor is back in touch within the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much we dislike about PowerDMARC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DMARC, DKIM and SPF policies are held in one place, which makes it easy to pick and choose what settings are required for each domain.

We havent go to spend time typing out a policy as we can use sliders to get our desired settings, which is then made for us.

We can see how secure we are bu the reporting.

We also get great reporting tools which we show our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
Support, that is what we like about it, when you have a doubt or an issue they are very responsive, different from the previous platform we came from. Competitive pricing for MSP is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far so good, nothing to dislike. We have been happy with them since we subscribe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything under one roof, allow us to have a clear picture of particular problems with different clients. But mostly the problem they resolve is the expertise they bring, when in doubt they have the answer you looking for.
