Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Muqthar over the last 11 months to achieve the email deliverability and security has been very positive and even enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are designed to make you stay for their on-going services (I don't blame them!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
implementing a reliable email deliverability strategy
The PowerDMARC team are great to work with. Responsive and knowlegable.
What do you like best about the product?
All of my enquiries, communication and the product itself is on point. My queries were answered in the response emails, allowing me to efficiently continue my task. Given the features available within the platform, and ease of integration into your email security, it reduces an email administrators time to implementation and lifts the security posture. The reports generated allow you to see how well your current configuration is performing (or not). While its not a set and forget setup, it does provide comfort from an administrators perspective knowing that it just works as labeled.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present I can't think of anything I dislike about PowerDMARC. To be honest, if there was, I wouldn't be taking time out of my day to write about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with businesses that have domains that have been around for a long time, they get lots of SPAM and phishing attempts. Having PowerDMARC properly integrated reduces these and provides better all round email security for the domains.
Professional, Efficient and Knowledgeable
What do you like best about the product?
Very proactive, great communication, fantastic industry knowledge and technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely Nothing! We have been extremely pleased with their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrity of our communication is of paramount importance. Financial information and customer ID Documents are held securely, and at times used by various departments. PowerDMARC's services ensure that lines of communication are protected from many external threats.
Great Support from Engineering team and easy solutions for DMARC.
What do you like best about the product?
Juan from the support team took his time to get in a call with me and solve some record issues we had. I was also able to get assistance for getting hosted services active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration can be a little tricky if you don't have an expertise in this area. Also, the onboarding reminder doesn't dissapear if you don't want all hosted services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to make DNS changes from the portal, and read DMARC records easily. It saves time and money, specially when your having bounce back issues.
Service and support has been great.

They make it easier to manage all the Dmarc settings and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had no issues so far, the service has been good.

Having someone knowlegable in this space to help with configurations and management of our email settings.
Great DMARC Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful platform with a clear focus on email security. It offers advanced features like DMARC analysis, hosted MTA-STS, BIMI, and reporting tools that are easy to implement. The platform makes it simple to understand and improve domain protection, even for teams without deep technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more intuitive and modern. Some sections feel outdated or require too many clicks to access key information. A smoother and more responsive interface would improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps us solve critical issues related to email spoofing, phishing attacks, and brand impersonation for us and our clients.
E-mail security made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up. You can start with the basics and add features later. The system also guides you through the set-up process and provides recommendations for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
For reporting and advanced features a subscription is required. However, for basic security for personal domains it's free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more emails where rejected by email servers, or put in the SPAM folder of the recipient. Turns out a DMARC record is required by more and more e-mail providers. With PowerDMARC it is easy to solve this! Emails send from our domain are now fully compliant!

Straightforward and Supportive
What do you like best about the product?
Their instructions for implementation were very user-friendly, even for those of us who are not IT professionals. Their customer support/ticketing system is fantastic and their agents are knowledgeable as well as prompt to assist. We like their daily reporting and analysis features to help us identify any detailed security issues that may impact our deliverability. All around great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no imminent displeasures with PowerDMARC at this time.

They are helping us ensure our domain security and deliverability concerns are improved.
