Omni Docs is the best thing that I like most about this tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement and handle large amounts of data with ease.
Overall experience was good, it was a good learning curve, and I came across many new technologies.

Newgen team needs to improve the quality. While using the Omni Doc sometimes, we get errors.

The objectives for e-Office are to improve productivity, quality, resource management, turnaround time and increase transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
It consolidates the information and resources into a single platform and reduces data overlapping. It improves efficiency in analyzing data.

Should enhance the user experience such as UI, and background automation.

It brings a number of benefits, such as increased efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration between team members, better decision-making by providing better access to data and analytics, and improved data security.

Nothing major but User Interface could be better

The biggest problem that NewgenOne solves for us is document centric workflow automation. Also, it has fast deployment, upgrading and recovering functionalities.

several users have complained that the number of clicks to access the relevant information could be shortened
