For pricing, smaller users sometimes feel the entry plans are a bit steep, so offering more flexible, lower-cost tiers. For connection drops, improving stability during high-traffic times and reducing occasional timeouts on certain locations would make the service smoother and more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs for datacenter IPs, ISP IPs, and Residential Proxy IPs. I appreciate its very nice UI, reliable service, good connectivity, and good quality IPs. The initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high compared to some competitors. It would be better to reduce the price on pay-as-you-go plans for residential proxy.
