Reliable Proxies at Scale with Oxylabs
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs provides premium rotating proxies with a consistently high success rate, which made our rollout straightforward: setup took minutes, auth was simple, and we only needed minor code changes, so ease of implementation was excellent. Day to day, the ease of use is strong—the dashboard, clear docs, and quick toggles for rotation/sticky sessions and geo targeting keep things smooth. Their feature set is robust (concurrency controls, session management, country/city targeting, usage analytics, and helpful SDK/examples), yet it doesn’t feel bloated. Integration with our scraping stack was painless (standard proxy formats worked across Python and Node without special adapters). We run jobs daily and rarely babysit them thanks to fewer blocks/CAPTCHAs and reliable throughput. Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable when we’ve needed tuning tips or whitelist adjustments. Overall: high performance, easy to stand up, easy to run, and rich enough in features to scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the premium side, so heavy usage can add up fast, and bandwidth-based billing requires careful monitoring to avoid surprises. Rotating residential speeds can vary by geo/time of day, and occasionally a “clean” route still hits a CAPTCHA or needs extra retries on high-defense sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs solves the hard parts of large-scale web data collection—IP reputation, rotation, geo targeting, and session persistence—so our crawlers reach tough, rate-limited sites without constant firefighting. With premium rotating residential proxies and optional sticky sessions, we see far fewer blocks/CAPTCHAs, stable success rates across countries/cities, and the ability to localize results (e.g., SERPs, pricing, availability) for specific markets. This translates into faster data delivery, fewer retries and patch releases, and less engineer time spent on proxy orchestration—freeing us to focus on parser logic and analysis.In short: predictable access to the public web at scale, better coverage, and lower maintenance overhead.
Solid proxies but setup needs work
What do you like best about the product?
The proxies are solid and work very well for my setup. Reliable and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is the setup of the proxies. You can't just copy and paste the proxies in your setup like with other proxy providers. You need to put them in the correct form yourself, manually. Why not have it already setup to copy and paste in the proper forms that people need???

The number of products they offer is very wide, we tried using a lot of other proxies but nothing has worked as well as oxylabs, it doesn't get blocked, the number of IPs and their rotation is very good

The only downside is that sometimes the reporting and analytics tools feel a bit limited. Also, their signup process requires detailed info about your intended use, which can feel unnecessary if you’re just experimenting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Oxylabs gives me access to a wide range of IPs that work without constant interruptions. We use them for automation tasks, quality assurance testing, and checking how our platform behaves for users in different regions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the service itself is solid, but sometimes their dashboard can feel a bit clunky and overwhelming if you just want to quickly grab a few proxies. Also, their verification process for new accounts can be a little strict—they always want detailed info about your target, which can slow you down. Other than that, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to simulate traffic from multiple locations for our SaaS product, and Oxylabs solved that. It helps us monitor website performance globally and make sure our features work properly in different countries. This saves us from having to manage proxy servers ourselves.
Reliable global proxy service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Oxylabs lets us get proxies from all over the world. We do scraping and real data testing with clients from different countries for our startup cloud service, and their proxies make it reliable and simple. The first few IPs you get with a new trial already work well, which is a nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. Sometimes it feels a little pricey if you only need a few IPs. Also, their customer service always asks why you’re signing up since they have restricted targets, which can be a bit annoying. Other than that, it’s solid and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for scraping and real data testing for our startup cloud service. Back when I was a hardware architect, I used it to scrape US patents on computer architecture, so having stable proxies saves a lot of time and hassle.
Reliable proxy with good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that their proxies just work without much hassle. The speed is solid and I rarely face downtime. Also, their support replies fast which helps when I need quick fixes. Overall, I recommend it. One nice thing is they give you 5 IPs right away when you start a trial.

Sometimes the setup part feels a bit complicated, especially when dealing with authentication or whitelisting.
