What do you like best about the product?
Pleasant experience being partnered with Oxylabs for the past few years. Reliable services and good customer response times - appreciate the introduction of being connected on slack with the teams.

What do you like best about the product?
At Crawly, our primary concern when partnering with a proxy service provider is the dependability and efficiency of the service. Oxylabs has consistently delivered on that front. Their broad range of proxy options – encompassing residential, datacenter, and mobile proxies – ensures we always have the right tool for our web crawling and scraping needs. Moreover, their commitment to customer service is truly commendable. We've always felt heard and valued as a customer, and their team's proactive approach in assisting us has been a significant factor in our sustained partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's challenging to pinpoint any major grievances with Oxylabs, given our positive experience, I would suggest a more streamlined process for activating specific product features. Currently, engaging with an account manager is necessary for certain functionalities, and it would be more convenient if users had the autonomy to toggle these features on or off directly from the dashboard. Additionally, similar to some other customers, we believe that an enhanced dashboard offering deeper analytics and insights would be a beneficial addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the web scraping and crawling domain, encountering IP blocks or bans is a significant obstacle. Oxylabs has effectively neutralized this challenge for us with their high-quality proxy services. Their reliable proxies ensure that our crawlers function seamlessly, gathering data without disruptions. This not only saves us time and resources but also guarantees the accuracy and timeliness of the data we collect. Additionally, the cost-effectiveness of their service coupled with the volume they provide has been instrumental in supporting Crawly's growth trajectory. What do you like best about the product?
Everyone I've worked with has been super responsive and helpful. If they don't know an answer they always find someone on the team who does. Their products / services have been easy to work with and they continue to innovate in their field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their dashboard could use improving -- although they have improved it considerably since I've been using their products. Realtime analytics would be awesome. That would be my only suggestion, other then that I can't think of an improvement.

Oxylabs makes us more productive by allowing us to gather data from around the world at a fast, reliable speed.

What do you dislike about the product?
My Account managers change almost every 6 months and that is annoying, but the service is not interrupted, so no hard feelings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Oxylabs to scrap data that we use for our services.
Reliable & fast proxy service w/ an awesome support team
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of their Web Scraper API & Residential Proxy products. There are many useful features and options to customize the way requests are made and these are all available for requests made in bulk, which is our most common use-case. The options to render JavaScript and set geo location have been invaluable.
The support team is also great. We've been a customer for a few years now so we've cycled through a few account managers at this point, but they have all been really responsive, knowledgeable and eager to solve any problems we encounter. Technical support has also been solid. We've run into a few obstacles and they have fairly quick turnaround!
If you need to retrieve a lot of data quickly from multiple sources, this will save you a lot of headache.

Initially I found the documentation and support slightly lacking, but there have been significant improvements to that in that past couple years. Another minor quibble is that on rare occasion the geo location specified for the request is not honored which can cause issues if you expect the page to be localized for a specific use-case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly make thousands of requests across multiple sites without worrying about being blocked or throttled. This has been absolutely essential to scaling up our business and meeting the data needs of our clients. Additionally the Web Scraper API has enabled us to retrieve data from sites that make it difficult with conventional methods.

Oxylabs has been very useful to us as it is an excellent, reliable and advanced data collection solution and as a business intelligence service specifically in market monitoring as Oxylabs allows us to collect data on your competitors, market trends and consumer opinions. This information is vital to develop more effective marketing strategies and adapt quickly to changes in the market.

They provide the best ips in the world 99% success rate of the Ips getting data from websites without blocking

I did not dislike any thing in proxy services, only one thing rate is high par Ips.

They resolve many problems; in my industry, we need to collect data from different websites, and they block me while using other service providers' ips. But in the case of Oxylabs success rate of the application is 99%
