Oxylabs proxies are awesome if you don't wanna get blocked.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Oxylabs. Their product serves my purpose astonishingly. I run a SaaS that I need to use for non-blocking purposes, and Oxylabs Residential and Datacenter proxies are fantastic for this.
Also, their support and care for the customer are immaculate, 24h support, didn't have a problem with their proxies once.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'm not a big fan of is the near absence of a login persistance in my account, I wish I could have longer sessions so I wouldn't log in again after a few minutes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs pretty much makes my SaaS work. I need to extract and add data from the web quickly , and its services don't let my users get blocked when doing so. So it's pretty much a banger.

High quality proxies the only thing I like the most is quality of the proxy is amazing and customer support is also good and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the product but I would like to say price is little expensive for pay as you go plan.

Help in extraction and gathering of data and also help in demographics targeting
Rotating proxy useful for your scraping
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up an automatic rotating proxy to be able to bypass scraping limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the pricing based on the bandwidth usage — would rather pay in term of number of requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a lot of website, we need to easily change our IP address to bypass limitations. Oxylabs helps me to do it quickly.

Quality of proxy services in terms of speed and availability isn't up to par compared to high price.

I am crawling sites to check my inventory and validity / availability of data.

What do you like best about the product?
An amazingly thorough dashboard, and incredible capabilities unmatched in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring paid plan updates can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While scraping, some sites will detect that and send a 429 or other error code. OxyLabs will recycle the location of every request, thus mitigating this altogether.
Works well as a proxy for puppeteer
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support was very helpful getting the proxy setup for use with Puppeteer.

I've only used it for a pretty specific use case but it's worked well so far. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing some automation that wasn't possible without a proxy. It saves us some manual data entry
It looks wonderful. High quality proxies compared to competitors offering at a similar pricing.

Their quality, and customer support (I had to contact support a few times to figure some stuff out and they were quick). They also offer a free trial to qualified buyers which is great IMO.

I wanted to buy data center proxies but the fact that it doesn't provide city-level targeting is one thing that I don't like.

We have to check our ads, some sites are blocked by our ISP, and all this is overcome by the use of residential proxies. I also checked the fraud score for the IP addresses but it looks much better than if it were from a competitor.
We initially had two IP providers, one of which was Oxylabs. The other provider started failing.
What do you like best about the product?
The support service we received. Lukas was really helpful, I felt that he cared about my problems. Overall, it tooks us about 10 days to solve the problems and make several tries. Lukas was always responsive.
One more thing, which is important and hints at your customer-driven culture. Usually, when I share a problem to a provider, their initial reaction is to avoid it/ask us to do smth. Lukas/Oxy were different in this regard, they trusted our monitoring data and responded immediately.
And finally, you offer the same good speed + fewer timeouts/fails than the alternatives we tested.

We do not get banned as much by rotating IPs,. We scrape about 4.5 mil websites.
I have been working with Oxylabs for 3 years and everything has been working perfectly.
What do you like best about the product?
The uptime of proxies is very high and the Datacenter that I have been using is very fast. Also, the support is amazing, they are very responsible and they always give solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well nothing to say about that but if will have a better price it would be perfect for us.

When we started to use proxy most of the providers were not reliable like not internet connection etc, and with Oxylabs we didn't have that issue.
