What do you like best about the product?
Handling crawl operations across diverse websites presents significant challenges, including issues related to anonymity, geo-restricted data, and anti-bot systems. Fortunately, Oxylabs offers high-quality products that effectively address these obstacles.
We’ve been utilizing Dedicated Datacenter Proxies and Residential Proxies for about three years, and the quality has been outstanding. This has allowed us to expand our operations rapidly without encountering major latency issues. The proxies provide a solid level of anonymity across most websites, ensuring our operations run smoothly without significant blockages.
Customer support is exemplary, with all communication managed by a dedicated account manager. Support requests are addressed promptly, ensuring a swift and efficient response.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to go to a website multiple times for information. I use the same IP then the website will block my IP. Oxylabs solves this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is top-notch! I was using Bright Data proxies but unfortunatly the representatives there could not match the speed, politness, and consideration Oxylabs provides. All of this is on top of the world class proxies and services Oxylabs supply at some of the best prices in the industry!

Some inconsitenticies in the documentation. However after a quick chat with customer support it became a non-issue.

Support was excellent. OXYLab was the first residential proxy I used in my project, and I had some questions. The support promptly answered them.

Price per GB for rotating residential proxy as compared to other companies in this market

What do you like best about the product?
We are a heavy user of both Residential Proxies and Webunblocker services from Oxylabs. We do 50,000 requests a day with around 90% success rate. Oxylabs has made our business possible and we strongly recommend them.

Sometimes the service goes down, or there may be outages, but that's it.

We scrape a myriad of different data sources that are heavy on anti-bot technology
showing 311 - 320
