the prices looks steep, but it is worth it as it is very efficient.

Oxylabs provides incredibly reliable proxy services. I’ve experienced minimal downtime and consistently fast speeds, making it ideal for my data collection needs.Their customer support team is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to resolve any concerns I have.The tools provided by Oxylabs, like their Scraper API, are intuitive and have streamlined my workflows significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Oxylabs could improve is the purchasing structure. Rather than allowing users to load a budget and choose services as needed, you're required to commit to specific packages upfront. This lack of flexibility can make it difficult to experiment or scale incrementally to find the optimal solution for your needs. For instance, if you're unsure which type of proxy will work best for your use case, you're forced to commit to a particular service rather than testing multiple options within a flexible spending plan. What do you like best about the product?
Very effective tool for a range of our business use cases - from marketing to sales operations. The UI and customer support is amazing. They also have a very thorough and easy to follow setup guide available inside your account portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our use cases, we have found no issues to date. Its a far better product than whats available with competitors.

Allowing to run run user test for markerting campaigns, and assist with our sales operations team.

The anti-fraud tools prevented me from accessing the account for a few hours a couple of times, but the problem was eventually resolved by their support team.

This service helps us testing our APIs globally and fetching public data as well.

Ease of subscription and use. Good helpdesk. Ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to figure out the causes of errors. I couldn't integrate well with a Java app, but that's mostly due to some very peculiar JVM limitations (my guess).
