What do you like best about the product?
All good, very good dashboard for all of the settings, fast connections. Customer support is fast. Used it several times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Refused to unblock one site which was not so clear to violate rules.

Provided me with various proxy addresses
OxyLabs is vital for my product
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Oxylabs for residential proxies. Oxy is pretty much the backbone of my product right now for bypassing bot checks and data extraction. I recommend them for their near zero downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Oxylabs is reliable but the pricing could be better for mobile proxies. There are competitors that offer a more competitive price than what you get from Oxy with similar bandwidth limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxy for scrapping, it works well for gathering data and bypassing bot checks. It's allows me to keep my product running and customers happy 24/7.
Fast & Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I was testing a few platforms for IPs and Oxylabs was the one most recommended. Had some issues with setting up the proxy as a non-technical person and reached out to support. Solved my issue with patience and care. Would definitely be going with them in the future.

I had some issues with setting up the proxy but it mostly came from my non-technical background.

They provide good quality data. Api works fast and it's easy to use it.

I haven't noticed any so far. The whole system works perfectly fine.

What do you like best about the product?
Plans are affordable and competitive, easy to set-up, quality of proxy service is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had one issue where my proxies malfunctioned and were down for several days before tech support could get them back up. Problem has been fixed though.

Reliable proxy service. Can't afford down-time.

- Setting the account up, plus the SDK, are a bit counterintuitive, but nothing dramatic

I'm here to just mention that I had a very good experience with their support. They spent so much time helping me solve a problem that I mistakenly created.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. Probably, they can provide a bit cheaper prices even though the current prices are okay.

I needed rotating proxies from Tunisia and they have a huge pool of them which is great.
