Cheap and reliable scraping solution
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs has good pricing and is rather reliable in returning scraped results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is a little complicated and could be improved. It'd also be great to add additional options to the screenshot api. Currently it's only possible to get a full render of the page and it would be nice to just get a 16:9 (or any other custom format) of websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Oxylabs to scrape and extract data from websites and show the results to our customers to help them with purchasing the right products.
Highly Reliable and fast proxies
What do you like best about the product?
Their connection is stable, speeds are fast and I've never had issue with downtime these proxies do the job perfectly, customer support is also responsive and you can make appointment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is high and when you buy example 1GB is only for month not until you finished your 1GB so for small work is not the best

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience has been very positive, the initial setup took a bit of adjustment, particularly around understanding rate limits and how proxy usage is calculated. Pricing can also be on the higher side for smaller teams, but the performance and support do justify the investment.

I would prefer "pay as you go" package for the scraping instead of 50$ minimum.

What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs’ WebScraper API is an incredibly robust and reliable tool that has significantly streamlined my marketing research. I particularly value its ability to scrape Google Ads search results with advanced control — including geolocation targeting, device and OS selection, and filtering of duplicate ads. One of the most impressive features is its support for parsing Google’s AI Overview, which has been challenging to work with using other tools.
Additionally, the GCP Bucket integration allowed me to set up an automated data pipeline with minimal engineering effort, which was a major benefit. The customer support team also deserves recognition — they were consistently responsive, helpful, and proactive throughout the entire process

What do you dislike about the product?
At first I have some troubles with my subscription activation but it was easily solved with fast support. I also didn't quite understand how rate limits work properly, so it's better to update the documentation on this.

Customer support could definitely be improved. I experienced a billing issue where I was charged twice, and it took much longer than reasonable to get the duplicate charge resolved. Additionally, captchas appear periodically when working with Google, though this might be unavoidable with most proxy services.
