Fast and Easy, but Pricey and Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Oxylabs very easy to use and its fast performance is great. The simple setup and speed save me a lot of time. I mostly use Oxylabs on its own without many integrations, yet it already meets my needs and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is very high, and the initial setup was hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxylabs to change my residential proxy, making my location authentic. It's very easy to use and fast, with a simple setup and fast performance that saves me a lot of time.
Flawless Proxy Reliability, Zero Failures
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the proxies I get from Oxylabs work 100% and have never failed me. The initial setup was very easy, and I feel satisfied with their services. I also find Oxylabs convenient for accessing a wide range of surveys not available in my region.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the speed and the fact that I don't encounter any logs. When I log into any app, it doesn’t ask me to verify my location multiple times, and I like that. The initial setup of Oxylabs was fast and easy with no complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know y’all give a best price but if I could find some reduction sometimes it could be better. The price of GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs solves my location issues, allowing app connectivity even outside the US. I like the speed and no logs, and I appreciate not having to verify my location multiple times when logging into apps.

I find Oxylabs straightforward to use and they offer great services for a reasonable price. The initial setup was really easy, I would rate it a 2 out of 10 in terms of difficulty. I'm also likely to recommend Oxylabs to a friend or colleague.

The entry point sub is kinda expensive, if you are only eval it.

I like that Oxylabs is not too confusing and feels beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate. The transparent pricing is a big plus, and the support resources seem strong. The dashboard is easy to understand, and the way the prices and plans are broken down properly helps to avoid confusion. I also appreciate that the prices are cheaper and more affordable compared to the sites I've used in the past.

I switched to Oxylabs for cheaper residential proxies. It offers a beginner-friendly interface with transparent pricing, unlike my previous provider, Bright Data, which was expensive and confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs' proxies in my Python code to access websites, and I like how quick it is and that it allows me to access websites from 10 different endpoints. The low latency is a big plus for me. I also find it easy to connect thanks to good documentation, which makes integrating proxies into my code straightforward. The initial setup was easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with ZimmWriter. The process is straightforward and makes my experience much smoother.

I find it difficult to figure out what is causing the errors that appear on the dashboards.

Frustrating Support, Easy Setup and Unreliable Product
What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty easy to get started with Oxylabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a lot of issues with Oxylabs. Their customer support is one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. They say they'll respond to emails in 15 minutes, but my support request took hours to get a reply. It seems like they're not actually reading my emails because they keep asking me to repeat information I've already provided. Their products have been unreliable for me. I was testing them out with a client, but due to these issues, I can't use it with other clients.

I was using Oxylabs for proxies, but encountered lots of issues. Customer support is poor, with delayed and unhelpful responses. The initial setup was easy, but ongoing reliability and support issues have caused me to look for another provider.
