Empowered Remote Work with Oxylabs, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how I can use Oxylabs' proxies to access services that are unavailable in my country. This has enabled me to perform remote work that I couldn't do before. I also find the ability to set up specific IP addresses for proxies extremely useful for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pricing of the proxies offered by Oxylabs. They are quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxylabs for web scraping, accessing services not available in my country through proxies, enabling remote work. It also allows setting specific IP addresses, enhancing my workflow efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The stability and speed of their proxies are consistently strong
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike about Oxylabs is the pricing it’s on the higher side making it less accessible for small businesses or individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable web data collection. It offers access to data from multiple regions without restrictions.
OxyLabs is enterprise grade and ready for many needs
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs has been a great find for our business. We have numerous integrations for our AI powered SaaS tools, n8n pipelines, scrapers and scripts that demand anonymity on the Internet. Oxy's proxy service has been easy to integrate into our workflows and we absolutely love their scale at our fingertips. They were far easier to work with than a few other services we tried first (and in parallel for a short time).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, latency feels high. But that may be a function of our network routing not being properly setup, we've made big networking changes (introduced Tailscale for an internal mesh network), and we think there are misconfigurations. Everythign still works, but for some specific workloads the cycle times are in the seconds verses 200-400ms off a proxy.... Probably more related to our Tailscale and how Docker is working with proxies than Oxy, but what would be helpful is more detailed routing analysis from the Oxy side.... And in one workload with high traffic, we were getting SSL Validation errors to a secure API which the Oxy dashboard correctly identified as 4xx errors, but we couldn't determine if the 4xx errors were because of volume of traffic (100s of requests/second during load testing) and Oxy was throwing those errors or if one of our VPN servers were rejecting it. Detailed logs and trace tools would help in those scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxy is enabling our anonymity on the web for our SaaS pilot projects and we're loving it. Their scalability is at the ready.
3 month review of oxylabs
What do you like best about the product?
My start up company uses Oxylabs' rotating proxy to perform various types of web scrapes. From four months of use we have had no issues with its performance. Oxylabs does exactly what it promises with no difficulty at that. Our proxy rotation service has been very affordable which has convinced us to keep using their services for the foreseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislikes with oxylabs is that it's dashboard for analytics is very set in how it is presented. However this is a small issue and make virtually no difference in the company's running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs is helping my company scrape website with programs that run on our cloud computing server. Without the rotating proxy and ability to configure it, we would have never been able to perform our scrapes on cloud builds.
Best proxy company ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides about oxylabs is the speed, even for free, it's really fast, for my use, which is crawling the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like the price, the price is a little high, but the quality is pretty good, even for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that oxylabs is solving it's for us, because we don't want to buy new ips on our hosting company every time.
Really good product easy to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation and the fact that the product is highly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that we can’t automatically repurchase the Pay As You Go plan when the credit runs out.

Oxylabs has been essential in extracting data from a platform that verified IPs to prevent bots from querying the application.
Awesome tool to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity to use when you purchase it. and fast implementation. You can easy select new IP or try to see if it fits.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe billing process, and the steps to change for eaxmple: address is a disaster. support helps you but it takes a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our datacenters are blocked to access some simple urls and with that we can easily access it.

Their swiftness and reliability. The boolean scraping was swift and great.

I have nothing I dislike about them when it comes to scraping.

Helping me get the right leads
It' stoo good for me, with Bulk proxy, for multiple account management
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing is very good. I can choose there all type of pricing, with good long term services. and, very easy to buy and Use. with great connection stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides , are very little, like it don't give proxy in format. I have to manually format it and paste it in my server. Minor faults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to use, bulk accounts in same Device, for some of my Social media services. I am found it very usefull for me.
Easy to scale and reliable for any data collection project, big or small
What do you like best about the product?
The proxies are fast and reliable, even for tough sites. The dashboard is easy to use, and support is quick and helpful, making large-scale projects run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high for small projects, but the reliability makes it worth it. More proxy locations for niche regions would be a plus.

Oxylabs lets us collect data at scale without blocks, saving time and letting us focus on insights instead of fixes.
