Solid, secure, cloud-based SFTP service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of setting up folders/users
What do you dislike about the product?
occasional performance issues (when compared to another service we use as well).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure file transfer option for CyberSecurity, audit satisfaction, etc.
ExaVault the perfect FTP
What do you like best about the product?
ExaVault is simple to use and keeps our company organized. Creating folders for each of our clients and using either a share link or a direct link is simple! We could not ask for more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides to using ExaVault. Everything is straightforward within this FTP. You have a choice of storage size and can easily add or remove as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems that ExaVault Cloud FTP is currently working on. Everything that my company needs is available and working seamlessly. This FTP has been a good fit for us from the start.

Very easy to use, intuitive.

Easy for new users to use product. When adding a new user to the system, there is very little we need to do for them to be able to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything to dislike. All the features we need are addressed perfectly.

There are no problems we are experiencing.

What do you like best about the product?
As an eCommerce platform, we needed a platform that provides us with an easy way for our clients to securely FTP images for their website to us, as well as enabling us to push reports to them via FTP. Exavault has provided us with that service for over 10 years without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using ExaVault for over 10 years, and I can't think of anything we dislike - it does what it says on the tin!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our clients to FTP to a secure place, we can then go to grab those files the client has uploaded. Making it a seamless process for both parties.

The service is very reliable. They have the features we need and the cost for storage is very reasonable.

I haven't found one yet. They keep updating services and I have no complaint.

We needed an offsite file-sharing location during times of disaster and for files that are too large to transmit through email.

Lots of features, and it is very easy to use.

I'd prefer if Exavault didn't zip files when downloading multiple files simultaneously. Otherwise, this is a great product

Letting my clients manage their data on their own. Excellent.
Really easy to use cloud based SFTP
What do you like best about the product?
Easy administration and security. Happy customers. Ease of sharing links and have no issues working with a client with data security in mind. Tickets the boxes.. Fast setup process. No need to manage certificates or worry about concurrent sessions and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks a bit outdated. The website can do with a bit of a refresh. Perhaps the development team can spend some time making the website look slick and more professional presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cloud-based (on PaaS). I do not need to run and manage an internal SFTP server, certificates, etc. The cost is fair as well. Less setup time for IT integration.
