What do you like best about the product?
The service is easy to setup. There has never been a moment of downtime for us in the few years we have used the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing received a significant increase a few months ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have a service where we could perform file sharing (especially via SFTP) in a simple and quick manner without the need for a file server. This has met the needs perfectly and can be administrated by any of our employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely attempt to utilize the Free Trial of this service if it is available to you. If you are looking for a low-cost and simple solution, this will unquestionably fit the bill.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and exchange files via a secure FTP. Highly recommend for any size business that wanted to send large sized items across to other teams and severs knowing they will be protected from hackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely cheaper options out there, but for the most part, you get the best bang for your buck with a secure file transfer software like this. Highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software gives us a way to send and receive sensitive files quickly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know that they will get a quality service for protecting important files during the transfer process.

Not customizable. Hard to get support when needed
