Exavault a great solution for secure sharing
What do you like best about the product?
There exist a lot of options to share, SFTP, secure portal. Even the more, the solution have an API to integrate exavault whith your development
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost of the network traffic is a bit high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not to maintain an own sftp server, now Exavault manages the security and the acouracity of my data
It was a pretty quick set up and a fairly low price point for our school.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration into our website, the available tools for interacting with files, and the price. The support people have also been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't seem to be an easy way to identify and clear out interrupted file transmissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us a more secure way to accept files from our students and to control the forms and access for different departments on campus. During the pandemic it allowed us to quickly shift from paper transactions to digital ones.
An ideal tool for the distribution of marketing material in the audiovisual sector.
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to structure by folders and make them accessible to customers to download all kinds of promotional material such as posters, trailers, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the download speed could be improved

It allows me to set up restricted access to the folders of all promotional materials, with a very high level of security and to choose when the links are enabled.
Great FTP service with variable options and branding
What do you like best about the product?
ExaVault allows us to brand up our FTP and provide secure areas for client download and uploads
What do you dislike about the product?
Speeds can vary at times, but this can be helped by using an FTP client especially with large files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we had using a website ftp was that there was no way for a client to upload a file
Reliable cloud FTP service
What do you like best about the product?
No limits on number of users and files or amount of data transfer. Outages are rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some growing pains as Exavault and our own business scaled. Sometimes we needed to contact Exavault support to increase the resources allocated to our account. Recently, this has no longer been a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each of our customers needs an FTP account dedicated to that customer. With ExaVault Cloud FTP, we can set up a customer's FTP account quickly and easily, and once it's set up, we don't have to do anything further.

They furnish subaccounts and folders for each user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assistance has not been the most helpful ever and not all the questions / problems have been fixed quickly

Fast effortless secure
What do you like best about the product?
It's simply an effortless, fast, and secure solution for cloud file management. We have had no issues with the application in past 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reseller option with white labelling for partners needs to be stronger and more well-integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No post no manual movement of files across borders. Our clients spent almost half a million/per annum transporting secure hard disks manually through the physicaly.
Very easy to use for every user level!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy for my users, who most not good with computers, can navigate and create share links through web browser. It's also very easy to setup a ftp client if you want to have more of a desktop experience, like i do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i have to say something i dislike, if someone uses the browser version and want to download multiple files, it alwaya compresses the files into a zip first. THe compression can take a long time, because of how many files there can be. The progress bar can be 0% for a long time. Long enough for my users to think the browser would freeze on them. If possible, i would use a FTP client instead of using the browser.

Alot of clients have large amount of files to give us or we have to give them. It's very easy for users to share a link through exavault. We have office365 and even though it has similar capabilities, i find my users understanding using exavault much easier.

ExaVault is very user-friendly and cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functions could be a bit more flexible and would be nice to be able to send a communication to all users.

ExaVault allows us to send proprietary information in a secured fashion and allows us to send files larger than most e-mail platforms will allow.
