Predatory Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
The service was relatively stable with very few outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less secure than other providers,user management was terrible (no way to bulk remove accounts and the process was extremely slow). They also are very predatory with pricing. The UI suffers from some usability issues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us the ability to quickly roll out a file sharing program so we could securely accept sensitive files from our clients.
Safeway way to transfer or share files
What do you like best about the product?
It’s safe and secure and prevents data getting stolen to third party.
What do you dislike about the product?
File transfer requires connecting to server and login into account which is bit longer process that sharing through email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides safe and secure platform for data sharing with clients. This helps in providing extra security to confidential documents.
Secure FTP
What do you like best about the product?
Exavault makes it easy to share and receive documents securely
What do you dislike about the product?
The log in process is a bit tedious, it should be streamlined

Securely sending and receiving files - makes sure that our data is protected
ExaVault The Ultimate FTP Service
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, flexible, and, most of all, very convenient for exporting/importing secured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The product absolutely provides everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exavault enables us to securely partition suppliers' and customers' data whilst providing a totally great experience.
Exavault is a great secure file sharing platform with intuitive dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Exavault user interface is intuitive and have granular permission levels. The encryption technology used in Exavault is much better than the competitors. Easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Exavault has more integration capabilities, otherwise no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure file sharing and user friendliness
Great file sharing work center
What do you like best about the product?
I can see client activity. I get notifications and can send automatic notifications to my team regarding work to complete. file storage space is appropriately sized for my size business.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool is cost prohibitive for my size/type of business. the solution itself appears to be very solid. no issues with the operation or intuitiveness of the product. no clients have offered any complaints. however, I and some of my peers share the same client base and also use exavault in our practice. clients do get "sent" to the wrong "inbox" often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
secure file sharing that allows for more personal service than a dropbox or similar tool. clients are sharing personal information regarding their clients. security is a key measurable for them. ease of operation and personal service is key for me. exavault does both.
Exavault has been great!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for all of our photographers, and it just works

I haven't experienced any downsides. Everything is working weel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need all of our contractors to submit their work every week. Exavault makes this easy and more productive for everyone. We've had increase performance.
Exavault As a Company Secured sFTP Environment
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup. User management. Desktop sFTP access. Stability and Speed. Audit Trail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface could be a little more modern in design. Permissions could be more flexible from folder to subfolders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For management of large files that cannot go thru email and for automated delivery of data extracts.
A very good value
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly for the needs our company has of it. We use it to create a link to an uploaded file to add to an email for large files that can't just be attached locally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the program. It could be beneficial to offer an Outlook plugin for a Share Point type application as then it's more of a one-step operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily send large emails via a line created within ExaVault. I really like the non-user-based pricing plan vs other programs. I've yet to have a User that could use ExcaVault.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up new users and folders, as well as notifications when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any issues with ExaVault.

Allows us to use trade files with multiple clients & vendors with minimal setup.
