What do you like best about the product?
Papaya offers excellent support to its customers throughout the employees' lifecycle. We are working with multiple vendors, and Papaya is by far the best business partner we could ask for. They are also very agile and upscaling their services based on feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should improve the information they provide when opening a new site so their customers will better understand the implications of working on that site.

The Customer Success Managers and Support at Papaya Global are very proactive which is always good! The platform is very user friendly and has a lot of useful information about each country.

I have not worked long with papaya, only a few months regardless, so I do not think I faced any negatives.

The Customer Success team is great to work with. They are quick to respond, answer all questions, and are very nice.

Great Payroll Tool & Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The best part I like about Papaya is that they have designated a payroll expert to support us who is available all the time, and all our queries and concerns get answered in no time, and that too very professionally.
Also, not to miss, the onboarding of new employees is also easy which saves our time and provides ease to the new joiners to get registered on to the portal.

We do face challenges at times while using the portal however, the Papaya team resolves the same well in time by extra special customer support.
So overall we are happy and satisfied with the portal and the services.

The payroll tool is intuitive and pratical.

They could still make a few improvements to make the tool more practical for everyday use. But I know that papaya works closely with its customers to take account of their feedbacks.

I really enjoy the responsiveness & expertise of the local teams across the diverse locations we have.
When having issues or last minute adjustments, the team & CSM are responsive and understanding.

The invoices could be more detailled or specific as in some case, we have trouble to link specific items to specific employees.
The massive update of employees data's fixed data (home address, job title, salary) can be cumbersome as we need to request a specific file in order to perform the update.

Centralizing the payroll & smoothing the process as it is uniforming it.
We were able to construct our payroll process around Papaya's data input mask spreadsheet.
And decreasing the number of interlocutors which ease the communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and effective site. Very straight forward to process payroll. I love having a dedicated specialists to go to, she's very responsive, it feels like she's part of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Massive update of employees personnal datas is cumbersome as we need to request a specific file to make the update.

What do you like best about the product?
Papaya Global is a very helpful solution in order to manage payroll for several locations: having everything on the same platform, a single point of contact, and the same format for every report, is very valuable. The platform is also user friendly, and the Payroll experts are available for any question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoices are not always as much details as we'd like to, and the PTO import system on the platform is not Papaya's best feature yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't always have the full knowledge of every locations we are operating, Papaya's helping us with that. Thanks to Papaya we can hire and process payroll for employees in several locations, including social declarations.

Expensive, a bit more than the competition also they gave a discount
