Great tool for self-review and enhancement!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to save the calls directly onto a CRM system for colleagues to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
A good wifi/signal is needed for use when calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of reviewing the content of a call and also the tone in conversation is key for follow up meetings with other members of the team, whereby a few notes might not have sufficed or given them the full picture without a face to face debrief.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for teams looking to improve the coaching and training of individuals.

Keeps on getting better and better
What do you like best about the product?
We have joined Jiminny about a year ago now, and it keeps on over-delivering, I cannot remember another solution that didn't make me experience a downtime of some sort for which I had to call Customer service.
And to top it all, their support is just so on it, is incredible.
(as more people are joining our company, they are introduced to Jiminny to listen to CS and sales calls, so that they learn faster)

What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned, I am very happy with this solution, if I could give a constructed piece of advice, I would create a unique code that you have to get from the meeting owner to join a conversation.
I always forget to lock my meetings and I live in fear of the day my meeting overrun and the next prospect joins the ongoing conversation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many - Our onboarding process now is way faster, for both Sales and CS.
Also, the conversion rate is greater as you are not relying on notes anymore, and you (or anybody for that matter) can just re-listen to a point in the conversation to have the answer they were looking for.
Also, training is much easier, now our Director of Sales doesn't have to join the conversation with the prospect and the AE in training in order to give feedback, but can listen to this at their own time, maximizing efficiency and diminishing bias (as the new AE could have been spooked by having his boss on the call, silently judging)

Don't use Jiminny alongside multiple solutions - Jiminny is perfect for client-facing roles and internal training.
Great tool for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a training tool for new salespeople, it's absolutely invaluable. Incredibly useful for ongoing learning with note and playlist tools. The support team are also superb - incredibly responsive and helpful via the live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript tool could use some improvement. It's not great at correctly identifying words. But that's a very small issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a tool for onboarding, learning and coaching, it's absolutely superb. It's certainly helped me refine my approach and pick out areas for improvement

Jiminny is easy to use and has been very reliable so far. The onboarding team are very helpful and friendly. Really recommend the product!

It would be useful to be able to compare talk time data over different time periods.

Being able to live coach conversations is a real game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really great tool for reviewing my previous sales calls. Especially like that it can tell you when key words come up in the conversation to jump right to that section.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have many international customers and we had plenty of instances where customers were not able to join the Jiminny link due to connectivity. Especially Southeast Asia.

SAles training. It has helped me review my calls and learn where I can improve to close more business.

Great for video conferences with clients and prospects alike. Having records of those meetings is fundamental to a business.

I suppose the one functionality that lags behind the rest of jiminy is the transcript feature.
Of course it is a very clever tool, yet many different dialects make it quite difficult to transcribe.

its s great all in one for outbound call recordings, video conferences and training alike. Highly recommended.
Great beginner sales and conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can record calls and go back and listen to specific parts of the call if i forget what was mentioned. Our team uses it across multiple departments so that we are always prepared for the next call and our clients don't have to repeat information.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still getting things up and running so sometimes we see bugs or a little lag here and there, but I imagine this should change once they grow.

We originally went searching for a tool that could record calls for us that didn't have our clients download anything for, this is the only one we found to do that and be reliable.

Sometimes I forget to close the room and people from my next call will join early leaving 2 different companies in the room

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny allows me to facilitate excellent conference calls . Not only does their transcription feature let me put the pen down and stop taking notes during calls, but it also enables me to focus 100% on the conversation at hand so I can practice active listening and discover deeper insights. It also helps me improve my performance by giving instant performance stats and review the moments of calls that matter most.
Also - the customer service is world-class! The Jiminny team responds almost immediately and really care about how they can help you do you job even better. Plus, they're product roadmap is filled with even moore cutting edge features that will certainly drive the future of sales, customer services and success.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not very much. If I had to say something, I would say that it spells my name incorrectly, however this is a mistake that 99% of humans also make.

Taking notes during calls often pulled my attention away from important moments during conversations. Plus, I would have to spend up to an hour typing up notes after each and. every call. With Jiminny, this problem (and more) is eradicated.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts, time-stamped notes, themes & analytics (conversation intelligence), CRM integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, transcripts could be better and some small tweaks added to the UI/UX. An increased capacity to handle bad internet connections would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central repository of our sales calls where the sales and product teams can review calls, surface insights, and improve their performance is essential and has been very helpful, especially with searchable transcripts and automatically-surfaced recurring themes - such as when a competitor name is mentioned during the call. The ability to have time-stamped notes taken during the call added automatically as a note to our CRM and overall the whole integration capabilities with our CRM (Pipedrive) are great and we're able to save every touchpoint. The dialer and analytics additionally make Jiminny a comprehensive suite to cover most sales needs. The Jiminny team is really great and the product is evolving.
