Save time, help improve sales performance with Jiminny

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny automatically record and transcribes all my outbound calls and Zoom meetings. This saves loads of time, allows me to listen back to calls, and share them with other members of the team. Its an awesome bit of kit, and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, there online support team are very helpful too on the odd occasion I've got stuck looking to updates some options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and transcribing calls and video calls. Big time savings, and ability to share knowledge around the organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are making lots of call or have lots of zoom sessions with 3rd parties, I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
The support Jiminny offer is beyond world class.

They constantly make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. In addition, unlike their competitors, they really listen and are constantly improving the platform based on real customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - what Tom, Shelley, Scott, Bekkie and the team continue to deliver is perfect. Don't change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has been invaluable, particularly this year with the sales team working remotely. It has allowed us to keep control of our quality of output, onboard new staff efficiently and sustain a level of collaboration that I never thought was possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has benefited from the acquisition of Jiminny, it has meant an improvement in communication, not only between team members, but also mostly with our clients, we have liked how easy it is to contact Jiminny's support team and the quality of the attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first we encountered some complications with remote access, which we were able to resolve with Jiminny's support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has helped us grow as a sales organization. It is a highly effective tool for conducting meetings, and it has allowed us to record calls for analysis and improvement, and thus offer a better service to our clients. We have also benefited from its integration with other tools to make the most of their resources for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're interested in a CRM solution to strengthen your business communications and improve productivity and collaboration, look no further than Jiminny.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny's extremely straight forwards to record calls and to conduct video conferences with.

When using it with prospect and clients I rarely have any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the last update is a bit over kill, I preferred the more stripped back appearance and system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use jiminny to record calls, and conduct internal and internal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It is useful to have calls recorded and linked directly to your Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It really does lag when you are trying to have video or talk with clients. I often find myself talking over clients. This is not just due to my bandwidth as it isn't an issue on other platforms such as Zoom.

The transcript function is highly inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the transcription, it's better than similar products I've used
The call quality is good on the recordings
Highlighting of 'Bant' 'pricing' etc. is good
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesforce logging/connection needs work
Can be tricky if you have multiple calls in a row
No way to upload a video file to edit it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful for sending to customers and interface is pretty easy to use

Definitely worth a try compared to others on the market

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Jiminny team can be reached easily (and quickly) to help with questions/issues being faced
Easy to read stats/performance board that you can look at from an individual/team/company view
Great integration with Hubspot, which saves me admin time when logging calls and setting up call backs
What do you dislike about the product?
Call recordings could update quicker within platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits have been less time used recording notes on calls and for call backs as Hubspot integration allows me to just make one set of notes
Call recordings help me see where i might be speaking too much/not enough on my calls at a glance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're on the fence, definitely give it a trial and see how easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
1. Sales team love how it optimizes their flow and the UI is incredibly intuitive
2. Sales management team are superfans of the coaching tools and out-of-the-box analytics
3. Our Sales executives are tracking trending analytics closely in Jiminny and have the ability to dig into all of our demo calls for additional feedback
4. Time-stamping our notes taken during the call (!!)
5. Ease of Integration w/ honestly everything in our techstack
6. Onboarding is a breeze for new hires
7. Customer Support is ALWAYS there to help and will share new features, as well as give some transparency around features on their roadmap
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we haven't found anything we dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simply, we are able to learn and grow as a sales organization in profoundly new ways. Jiminny has filled in gaps that we didn't know we had. Real-time coaching and after-call analytics are a game changer, their Slack integration allows us to easily share content. We're scheduling more meetings and holding more demos.
