What do you like best about the product?
The "Spotify-Feeling" for Sales coaching and insights + the very proactive and solution driven support

There is literally nothing to complain so far.

Easy to use tool with excellent customer support and service!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use Help section and quick response to tickets or chats-these guys are just on it! The team is super knowledgeable. Also, we use the SFDC and Zoom integrations which makes it easy for the sales team actually to use the tool. I use it every day for notes and weekly to review calls to prep for meetings or next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of functionality that we are not using, which is on me. This tool is excellent when it comes to playbacks. Live coaching is something that we use when shadowing to give real-time help while on demos. The integration with salesforce is very good. As a salesperson, you want to be in one system and get your notes done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is integrated with our SFDC platform. It records all calls for coaching and training. Allows you to live coach which is really good for new starters and good customer support. Also, integrates with Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
The team is comprised of very good people that are genuinely committed to helping their customers. For the most part always responsive and very helpful. The product is easy to use and not overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are an early-stage company and we have been customers since the very beginning so there have been some product growing pains as they have continued to improve their product. This is much less of an issue at this point as the product has evolved and we feel fortunate to have contributed to it's development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote sales training is the most important problem we are solving with Jiminny. They have a great product for this and we have seen success with it. In an increasingly remote world this is absolutely critical to our ability to grow our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny helps me deliver in depth coaching for my team and ensures that we have a quick and easy platform to review and score our sales teams calls

The biggest issue with Jiminny is not being able to report as effectively as we would like at the moment

We are now able to get a full picture of how well our team are performing when they speak to prospective clients and areas that we can improve and work on.

For any sales coach or sales leader Jiminny is a great platform for understanding how you can get even more success out of your team

Jiminny is a game changer especially in todays distributed world!

What do you like best about the product?
The team and I have been using Jiminny since May 2020. During this period we hired into our sales, growth, marketing, customer success and product teams. What was incredible is we started out with just sales and before long product, customer success and marketing were demanding access to the platform. The ability to use best in class call recording has enabled us to record discos, demos, client calls and more. Jiminny helps a small company like us continue to coach, train and help everyone in the company deliver mastery over zoom. We have found the transcription and snippet sharing really useful as we share what happens across the business with other teams. Being close and understanding your customers is what makes a saas company great. Jiminny enables us to record and revisit these conversations when we need to. Jiminny and the team are also really friendly, easy to work with, Bekkie and her customer success team are outstanding. We have also been impressed with the speed at which Jiminny roles out new features and updates us constantly over email and via intercom. What more could you ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I am finding it hard to find things I dislike, there are certainly areas of the product that could be improved, but when we have shared this feedback with the Jiminny team they work quickly either to make feature changes or advise of plans for the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving with Jiminny is recording almost every call in the business of value. Sales calls, SEO calls with consultants, product and customer discovery calls alongside customer success and reporting calls. Jiminny enables us to record all this and revisit this when we need. We now record the calls share snippets and everyone in the team has access. This storage allows us to coach and deliver mastery across the business. This helps us to learn more about our customers, sell more, offer better products and delight our customers. We often take the learnings from Jiminny and transfer them into our Notion boards linked to ICP, closed win and lost analysis and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to manage, log, record and coach Zoom calls remotely for a low cost, this is the only solution really worth looking at.

Conversation Intelligence with an excellent onboarding experience

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, Hubspot integration, really good assessment and onboarding experience as we tested multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far. The one feature that I felt was missing (automatically remove leadership internal meetings from company view) is being worked on for a release after our feedback. Both account managers and live chat super-responsive when help is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us the key wins centre around sales coaching, deal visibility and cross-functional knowledge sharing about specific customers/deals.

In the end this helps us with win rates, internal efficiency and better customer experience.

Game-Changer!

What do you like best about the product?
At first, I thought we were getting Jiminny to help us with sales call recording and stats. Instead, we ended up getting much more. Jiminny is now powering better decision making across our organization. In short, what Jiminny has done was to take customer and prospect calls out of the single-use category of point-in-time conversations to a rich resource that is shared across the organization in so many different and powerful ways. It's a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
We were an early user and ran into some bugs. That said, the Jiminny team was both available and responsive to get them resolved in short order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales uses it for call recording, coaching and optimization. Marketing uses it for message impact, competitive analysis, and case studies. Customer Success uses it for call recording, support escalations, coaching and process refinement. Product Management uses it for prospect and customer reactions, use case analysis, and new feature feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We had reviewed a number of products before we chose Jiminny. We are glad we made the decision we did.

no inbound calling to laptop, can be slow to load, outcomes on our dashboard, ways to recognize inbound calls to cell as jiminny related, On Demand "duration "options

Coaching has been much smoother. Helps with the WFH atmosphere.

Fast growing tool that makes coaching my sales team a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many new features and enhancements Jiminny is adding all the time. I also especially love the themes, key moments, and scorecards. I have made a personal objective for the quarter of driving more activity within Jiminny from my sales team and I am already noticing improvements in skill level and consistency. Rep are able to playback their own calls, request coaching, or watch calls from their peers and leave comments and encouragement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still waiting on the MS Teams integration but I've been told it should be coming soon, and the reporting is currently pretty basic but I joined the beta team to test out some of the improvements they are making to the reporting module this quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't imagine running or coaching a sales team without some sort of conversation analytics tool. It helps tremendously with onboarding new reps, and to provide consistent coaching to the team so we can up level together and scale the team.
