What do you like best about the product?
Great for recording calls and taking notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Speech translation a bit iffy, 'LIVE' on jimminy.ai notification on Zoom can be annoying

it can be very useful if used properly, but don't rely on the speech analysis too much

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is a user-friendly and intuitive platform. I am always up to speed with the conversations my team is having and I am equipped to help them improve. I use the scorecards to assign a value to each part of the qualification call and as a starting point for call coaching. The latest features allow you to be able to see interesting insights from your team's calls. Qualitative metrics such as question rate', 'longest monologue', and 'patience' can really help to have a better idea of what's happening in those calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a downside but it would be nice when clicking on a call for a new tab to open so I can keep the main playlist open in the main tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jiminny I have the opportunity to coach my team straight after a call has happened. I am able to leave comments, suggestions, advice and everyone in the team can see those too. Cold calling is one of the most challenging sales tasks but with Jiminny I feel like I am working in the same room as my team. I also like the possibility to create playlists based on topics (these are ideal for new starters and to bring them up to speed).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sooner you get up and running with it, the sooner you are going to realize you have no clue how you were managing call coaching before!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the call coaching feature, as well as the ability to create playlists and libraries of useful calls for my colleagues to utilize as they try to improve themselves. I think the tool creates a ton of self-accountability
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the jiminy dashboard and interface. I find the insights page to not be congruent with the onDemand calls and I've had trouble with the text function here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mean I think it provides you an opportunity to reflect. Personally, I've had a lot of success in slowing my phone conversations down by utilizing nudges to alert me when I'm speaking to quickly and forcing myself to reflect on that has helped create more opportunity on the phone to listen and sell

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to give and receive feedback. This tool is so important to grow! It is interesting for the whole company. Learn from colleagues and management. Also a big fan of the live coaching option!
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone calls are being recorded when you call via the Sidekick of Jiminny. I prefer to call via my phone, but then it will not be recorded....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is recommended to learn from each other. I can learn from how colleagues give demos and how they reach out to customers. At the same time, they can learn from me, how do I handle specific cases etc.

Recommended for big organizations , interesting tool to learn from each other!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of course, but the very bespoke and readily available Jiminny support is really outstanding. From integrating with our other systems, to training the teams the support that we get from Jiminny is great
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is sometimes it can be a little slow for calls with lots of people, but we use other services linked into Jiminny to avoid this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-coaching the team
- better accountability (especially in a remote working environment)
- better service offered to clients as we can go back and listed to why they first bought our service etc

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use system which tracks everything automatically into the CRM & helps to develop my team. Massively helping improve their ability to handle objections & their coldcalls to meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more on the endablemtnet side!

Helping in crucial situations where you would not normally have visibility as well as improving the ability to get data onto the CRM.

I like how easily accessible and quick the response time is on the live chat

I don't like that there are certain functions I cannot do myself, such as edit crm links on the video

What do you like best about the product?
You can search for calls on demand, which is a great way to learn from peers. I also use this function to search for my own calls and run coaching sessions with other members in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now, I think maybe the fact that sometimes the Jiminny sidekick pops up when it's an internal call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catch up on calls I cannot attend due to other commitments - I am able to be on top of all activities from the team which involve client calls, without having to be available at all times, which can be challenging given my work schedule. It is excellent for coaching as well, and we have been doing group coaching sessions, which is excellent.
