The possibility of making call analysis for future investments
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is being used to do pre-analysis of planned call construction. Jiminny is very robust for strategizing the market through authentic calls. It works great because I have been able to solve multiple management problems with great targeting. The interface is amicable; it has a successful design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have multiple functionalities, and sometimes it repeats with other shortcuts. They should be more coordinated on this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is extraordinary; it contains various tools that help make technical analyses of management processes for future organizational benefits. The program has an excellent flow; it helps merge prospect information with marketing strategies and capture attention in business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Jiminny because it involves a lot of pre-analysis work on calls; it is responsive and has given a very comfortable strength in all aspects. It will help you evaluate your customer calls.
Very good software - transcription needs work!
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic addition to every outbound call is very helpful as it means you can't forget. The function that allows other people to listen in and message without it being shown to external parties too is great when training new people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription isn't very helpful apart from when you need to search for occasional buzzwords, and even then, it's a bit dicey. It struggles to understand who is talking when and I think any transcription software would encounter the same problem. Still, the confusion it has with very common words makes it almost unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's most helpful when training new employees and for progress reviews. It also lets different teams that work on the same clients see what has recently been discussed without any extra input as the calls are recorded automatically.
Great tool, I use the snippet feature quit a bit to store in my library, very useful and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
You can focus 100% on the conversation you are having, if needed you can return for important info gathering and you can ask for coaching if you want feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
You could not add the recorder to a live call if it was rescheduled as an example, there was a glitch but they just added that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my performance with self-evaluation and coaching comments at the exact moment needed.

Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is user-friendly, and it makes it super easy to send recordings off to customers after the call. It is also super helpful to see how I could improve my calls with the customers based on the Jimminy recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have to reschedule the meeting sometimes, the Jimminy notetaker doesn't show up.

Easily sharing calls with customers that they wish to have.

Being able to scorecard calls and get feedback from peers

Not much tbh, very well laid out and easy to use

It was great to get that feedback on my calls so that I can learn where to improve. My manager can go through the call with me and we can run through the scenarios and areas to practice

I adore the ability to listen back to calls. I take learnings from our call coaching sessions and having the recording there is very useful.

Occasionally Jiminny will miss calls through the integration with Zoom, but more often than not, it's absolutely fine!

Main problem is that I can't conduct demos and write notes at the same time. Jiminny gives me the ability to go back and revisit the conversations so i can update notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% would recommend for any SAAS sales team.
Easy to use and great value tool
What do you like best about the product?
How much value it brings to our organisation - for our Sales team during onboarding, development, reflection, and knowledge-shares. This is one of the key coaching tools we couldn't live without.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to fault due to the seamless experience. Sometimes the transcripts aren't accurate, but with most things, I believe this is something the team at Jiminy will be continuing to work on.

We were aligning the messaging and approach of our sales and customer service teams to provide a more consistent experience to our clients and prospects - as well as providing the teams with more robust L&D tech support.

Utilise Jiminny to its full potential, i.e. scorecards, sharing comments, and to use the Team Insights for coaching
Easy to use platform supported very well
What do you like best about the product?
Really simple to implement and use. Allows us to record and analyse all calls, helping develop our team. The support Jiminny provides is first class, they're always on hand to offer advice or answer any questions we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripts accuracy can vary. Some words that are said on calls read very differently on the transcript. Tough one as I'm not sure any system can do this perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has given us the ability to review our calls once they're done, understand what has been said and ensure we haven't missed anything but also analyse where we could have improved and celebrate what went well. It's been a great coaching tool for the whole team and improved the conversations we have with those we speak to.
Great tool for sales coaching
What do you like best about the product?
The clear dashboard to access recordings and the ability to share & create playlists with other Team members. We plug Jiminny in to Salesforce to ensure we are reducing the amount of duplicate effort in note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are sometimes not accurate to the words spoken on the call/meeting being recorded. However, given the great customer success support we've received, I have no doubt it will continue to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility of my Teams customer/prospect engagements is invaluable in these remote times, ensuring we are always on the top of our game. I've also found the tool really assist me in the virtual onboarding of new team members as it gives newstarters the ability to listen in (and see) how their colleagues are interacting with prospcects/customers and the challenges/pains being surfaced so as their first sales interactions are high quality from the outset.
