Easy joining calls via Coaching function
Direct connection to Hubspot

No option to choose which microphone/speaker shall be used

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamlessly it became a part of my workflows. Very easy to search for calls and go through transcripts. Gives me peace of mind every time it's in any of my calls. Ask Jiminny has been great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't automatically join my calls that an external customer hosts, lots of emails after each call is logged. The pop-ups every time a new feature gets released - does not let you exit out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes in one place, recording calls, transcribing, AI generating emails, follow ups, action items, recaps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to recall conversations from meetings is a valuable asset, especially if you've not had the facility before. The analytical tools to assess keywords used in conversations is an amazing feature to bookmark where conversations take particular tones or verbal indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool still has a bit of a way to go in terms of transcribing accurately. It's still excellent and the video is always the backup to reverse play-back. The beta summary tool is also good but can easily miss off key elements, especially when detecting accents. The sidekick tool can be temperamental sometimes, especially syncing with Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharpening personal sales skills is easy to do with the platform. It's also an invaluable traning tool when playing back and listening to how one presents and delivers information. I've personally found it excellent to spot flaws in my own descriptive language and even pick up body language to tweak.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Jiminny because I can monitor the calls and do vital internal data analysis work. Jiminny informs us of everything the customer needs and then makes a solid sales plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that their pricing is variable quickly; they should have a fixed rate for any user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to incorporate multiple call monitoring options at strategic times, so we know what the users want. It is easy to schedule and set up integration times for strategic customers, calls are heard cleanly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jiminny is very good; I highly recommend it to all people who want to know what their customers want through calls. It is simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is really useful for coaching team members on what went well in a call and what they could improve upon next time. The team are also super helpful at getting everyone set up and making sure they're making the most of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at the moment, sometimes it can take a little time for the note taker to appear but otherwise, it works well and the team is always on hand if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helped me with coaching my team and also enables them to listen to each other's calls for self-coaching. In addition, as part of the Customer Success Team we can listen to sales calls to make sure we're aligned in how products are pitched and serviced.

What do you like best about the product?
Evolving product, ship features on a very regular basis. Product support is amazing, always very quick on Intercom to reply and fix things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripts and talking topic tags aren't always accurate, but both are probably quite hard to make perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking, call recording, and prepping for client calls by rewatching your previous ones.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature of Jiminny for HeadBox is the coaching frameworks. Across the Commerical function we can easily coach people on cold calls, demo's and dEcision making calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
A great addition would be the ability to copy coaching frameworks from one playbook to another. It's not that time consuming to build but this functionality would certainly speed things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing conversion rate across each stage of the sales process and retention process. And improving the speed of Onboarding new SDRs and BDMs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review past recordings and share them with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription feature is not accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with organization and notification of when prospects listen to your recording. I do find that the ability to take notes with it during the demo has aided productivity.

What do you like best about the product?

Filters are hard to change ( the auto filters that the admins set up)

What do you like best about the product?
The key moments and playback tool is instrumental for back-to-back calls daily. Having the ability to go and review critical notes from the client that I may have otherwise missed helps me tremendously when recapping back with the client after the call- especially when I am sharing my screen and running through trainings and all of their questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike, but rather feedback. It would be beneficial to have additional software integration for other internal tools I use daily outside of just Salesforce (e.g, other CRMs), and the UI for the On Demand tab could be cleaned up a bit to look more organized. However, overall I love this tool and am so grateful to have this a part of my everyday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never worrying if I missed something a client said or forgot a particular note to write down. Most importantly, if there is a summary of tasks I need to perform for the client, vice versa, I know I can always go back to the call to make sure I haven't missed a beat! This is incredible helpful. Additionally, I have always been forgetful to record a session to send to the client, and now with Jiminny, I never have to be concerned that I've missed recording a training!
