What do you like best about the product?
Really useful in client review and listening back to call notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have to explain what it is but clients are usually quite happy with letting notetaker stay in calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typing up notes and tracking calls!

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been an awesome tool that my entire department uses everyday. It records our calls and automatically uploads it to the right places for easy access in Salesforce, and on top of that it is very well organized on the website itself. It serves as a whole new database of relevant and useful calls that we can review cross-functionally and learn from other teams. I also am impressed with the features it offers, being able to read a script of the call, replay the video, or break down insights on how it could have gone better. Alice, our point of contact, was lovely to work with and knew what she was talking about. Thank you, team Jiminny!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It auto-captures all of our calls (phone and virtual), and conveniently uploads it onto Salesforce to the respective account. This saves me time! It also acts as a library for the whole company to reference to, which increases learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Having never used anything like this before I wasn't sure what to expect. While robust and expansive, the platform's capabilities were laid out in a way that was easy to process. Bekkie was masterful in diving into how everything worked, and why it was important and has been super involved w/ her follow-up emails. This has changed how our company measures success, changed how we improve our customer interactions. The insight that Jiminy provides is UNREAL. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not drinking the Koolaid, I swear lol. I don't have anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny gives my company insights into where we can improve on our calls! This has been instrumental in understanding our processes better :)

User friendly tool for tracking calls with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Automated invites to calls which is a great time saver. User-friendly interface and easy to manoeuvre through the app/site. Easy to keep track of stats and compare with colleagues. It was great for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video can be low quality, so when I'm trying to see what was shown on the screen share, I can't see it. When I want to bring up a list of calls where I was the host AND calls where I was a participant, I can only do one or the other. Not a significant issue, but the transcript and the stats can be slightly off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me pick up on things said in calls which I sometimes miss. It allows me to watch my calls back, self-coach, and see areas where I could improve. I'm not sure if this is a feature I'm missing, but it would be good to have private comments on a call, so I can leave comments about the call overall e.g. important things the client said as public, but also have some private ones I can use for self-coaching.

Helped in ways that we never expected

What do you like best about the product?
We originally signed up to help record and coach sales calls as well as use our interactions for marketing purposes. However, the real benefit we have found so far, is that the conversations during the sales process helped our onboarding team deliver and build the system with the customers requirements in mind. Rather than our sales team regurgitating the call, the recording allows our team to understand the customers pains, tech stack etc and design the software around them, cutting down onboarding time.

Amazing Coaching Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best part in my opinion is the almost instant playback ability. The platform is very easy to navigate and very intuitive. Being able to playback sales calls to coach my team on key moments has improved our skills and growth as sales people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were some "?" buttons next to the insights to define what criteria is being evaluated and how it is being evaluated. Maybe add a dark mode theme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is solving any second guessing I might have after a call and make sure all I am more productive by being able to see any questions or information I might have missed in the real time call.
