Jiminny is a great tool to know and understand your prospects or users
What do you like best about the product?
As a Customer Success person, I heavily rely on Jiminny before the first meeting with a new client or prospect. I check the calls they had with my colleagues from Sales to understand their needs and background so I can come up with thoughts and ideas for the meeting, and feel prepared. This saves a lot of time for both me and the person I will be talking to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always improvements and updates to the tool, which is great to see. The call transcripts can still be quite off, but I'm sure that the team knows about it and has it on their radar. Other than that, I'm happy with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny saves me a lot of time on client research. I need less input from my colleagues, who are also pretty busy, I spend less time on other sites or platforms to gather data, and best of all, I feel confident and prepared going into a meeting.
Jiminny allows me to share video footage that provides useful insight to both clients and colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny allows me to be more present in calls as I don't have to listen and note down everything a client says, rather I can respond with more clarity and be more attentive to my next steps on a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio transcript is often misallocated, meaning that the statistics tab is a little useless. It also clouds who said what when searching back over a transcript, meaning you can't depend on it as a reference but have to watch a larger portion of a clip to ensure you know who said what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to better inform clients as to what we did on a call, and allows them to refresh their minds and stay on top of their learning rather than waiting to exercise their new skills on a call.

Transcript taking - i feel less under pressure to manually note take or having to ask guests in the call to repeat key details.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the tags are a little unintuitive.

allowing me to be present in the call and give my clients my full attention. It also allows ease of peer review of my calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is often inaccurate and doesnt do a great job of picking up all words, or knowing which caller is speaking at a given time.
Also the analytics aren't the most insightful as they're tailored to sales rather than account management.

Super easy to use, so easy to track my conversations and refer back to them when needed. And allows me to review my progress over time :)

What do you like best about the product?
A very great application that is helpful for people working in sales calls. The fact that it records the meeting in the typed format is also outstanding. I don't know any competitors!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many factors I dislike. So far I have been enjoying using the application and all its features. I suppose some of the typing out the recordings in words features could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of recording the meetings with the sales team. This allows us to easily go back and watch other team members' recordings and it's great for training purposes.

Able to see how many Meaningful Calls our reps have a week. Also use it to coach reps!
What do you dislike about the product?
The signal is sometimes choppy, which apparently is down to a WIFI issue!

Upskilling reps - were able to coach reps and review calls and share this knowledge with the wider team as well

Useful in helping you improve your calls. Have learnt a lot about what I do well and need to improve.

Inviting to calls can be a little fiddly (if the calendar is not automatically synched).

Saves time as I no longer have to make notes during calls and has helped me improve on calls with clients.

The self coaching piece is great. Fantastic for listening back and reviewing calls.

Transcript can sometimes be off. Jimminy dialer/sidekick has had problems a few times which has stopped the team from making calls.
