Very Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep your meeting organized and allows you to go back and review past meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing that I dislike about using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our meeting and organizes the information in a way that is easy to recall.
Incredible experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's such an intuitive platform. We are in a scale up phase and having grown our BDR team jiminny has been such a great support in coaching. The care from their post sales team is among some of the best I have ever experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. Really easy to use and get immediate value from for anyone running a sales or business development team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved on coaching and sharing best practices. As we continue to use jiminny it will allow us to have libraries of each area of calls with good examples which is extremely useful for new hires and can help us reduce ramp up time.

Its transcribing is incredibly useful and really helps with work flow

Sometimes adding Jimminy can get a little confusing to the meetings, but no major issue

A great AI tool for sales and user research
What do you like best about the product?
User research has never been an easier task than with Jiminny. I use Jiminny to parse through long format interviews to take out key information to reference in the research for evidence collection. It is a powerful tool that saves hours of review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a upload option to upload your own videos to be parsed. Sometimes my interviews are not done over zoom and I would love an option to go through those files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to search through the transcript for keywords is a powerful tool that saves so much time. That combined with a great sharing tool means I can do research at 5-10x the speed I used to.

Jiminny allows me to know my weak points to improve my customer relations and achieve my objectives

What do you like best about the product?
Besides, Jiminny is extremely user-friendly and intuitive for managers, there are multiple areas of Jiminny that allow me and my team to constantly use its functionality.
1. Call coaching - not only for IC's but for executives as well.
2. Product feedback for our product team when our account manager or customer support reps are talking to our customers (game saver as there is no miscommunication when passing their feedback to our product team)
3. Sharing of the call directly with the customer who on their end when a colleague could not make the call/demo, they can now view it in their own time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the transcript does not match up 100% to the speaker on the call. It is not a major issue, but that is an area I would like to see button up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily around calls being recorded and stored in a depository that any user (paying & non-paying) can access at any given time. We use the library/playlists frequently when we hire a new employee, this way they can see first hand on how to do XYZ on a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Running call reviews and coaching sessions with the Customer Success team. Using best-in-class statistics to aid the coaching sessions further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. We had one minor issue when integrating with Zoom for someone in the team, but it was resolved swiftly by the support team.

Ramping new CSMs, SDRs, AEs effectively

Using Jiminny for training purposes, watchin gback team call as well as my own to learn and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
When waching back group calls not everyone has been filmed. We use this in the ocntext of sending candidate clips of them self to help improve on online assessments. It would be beeter is we had video as well as sounds clips of everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live coaching. As im still in my training stages, having my manager live coach me on calls is super helpful! Without that tool it can be really difficult to make on the spot decision when you are new to a role. Its a huge help.
Really effective system to bang out high volume in little to no time
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Jiminy is the ability to go back and review your calls, learn from experience and bring this experience into new calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps some of the integration could be a tad better with other CRMs such as Salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away the manual part of having to type a number in to call somebody. It saves a significant amount of time.
