Best Sales Enablement / L&D tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a new starter this is one of the best tools for learning from your team and fast tracking your demo skills. It's easy to use and gives lots of prompts to stay on top of your deal cycles. A must have for any ambitious sales team imo!
What do you dislike about the product?
No tool is perfect but I haven't found anything I dislike yet, so can't comment on that. Great job Jiminny.

Learning and development as well as sales training

What do you like best about the product?
The team, support and ease of use! The managers love the coaching aspect, new starters are able to listen to previous calls, and product managers get honest feedback directly from the customer!

There is nothing to dislike about Jiminny!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny provides pipeline analysis along with touchpoints. If a deal is going stale, it's possibly due to the fact that sales have not been in contact. Jiminny allows managers and support staff to be able to try and save the deal before it gets to that point.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is really intuitive and easy to use, it allows our team to get quick feedback on their calls and it's easy to share recordings with other team members.
After some recent product updates, The transcripts from call recordings are really accurate and make it easy to pinpoint and share important snipets from calls.
The app is also really handy for on the go call listening.

What do you dislike about the product?
Previously the call transcripts weren't very accurate but this has been updated since I've began using Jiminny. It seems the product team are constantly listening to feedback and making updates to improve the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing me to become a better sales rep by watching more of mine and my teams calls. It's really easy to share calls with our leadership who give us actionable feedback which we can implement and learn from!

What do you like best about the product?
Such a handy tool that has changed our organisation for the better. Having the ability for management to review our calls has been helpful as they can get context on situations, and offer coaching or advice. It also make sharing call recordings with customers a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite tricky to search for specific calls. They do have a search feature but I still often have to scroll through lots of irrelevant recordings to find the one I'm looking for.
If someone boots Jiminny from the call at the end, rather than saving the recording up to that point the recording is completely lost. Which is very annoying!

Great piece of tech
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny solved a huge issue for our team. We had no way to coach and call train internally. There was a gap in our training sessions and jiminny has really solved this
What do you dislike about the product?
Id like to have a bit more ease when logging calls using the widget. Some of my calls see an error when logging to sales force. a very small issue but does seem to occur
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no real way of training and coaching internally. We can now use Jiminny to run full feedback sessions in our commercial teams. CS and sales teams are running sessions internally where we can receive feedback and help each other to succeed.
An excellent solution for call recording and coaching
What do you like best about the product?
How seamless the integrations and automations are. It's meant that the whole team have all their calls automatically recorded and logged in the CRM, and alerts about the exact calls that you want to see are sent directly to you. It's been completely frictionless, so we're able to focus on our actual work rather than wrestle with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. G2 is forcing me to get to a minimum character count so here's some extra words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To understand what is actually happening on our reps' calls, allowing us to coach and to hold people to account.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily watch back meetings and add notes for the rest of my team to read. As well as being able to easily send the recording with a simple link instead of having to transfer it via other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add , change or edit meeting options in the side bar. I understand the admin has to do this.

Receiving instant feedback from calls , being able to tag relevant co-working in specific meetings. saving me time by the ease of sending a recording

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is remote and our product offering is young.
It helps us share the right information internally as well as iterating our pitchy with high agility.

Useful to automatically record calls
What do you like best about the product?
It's useful to automatically record calls within Zoom, it's nice to be able to create different playlists, and the search functionality is decent. I also like that company teams are listed, so you can filter, share, and search by that criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way within Zoom itself to start Jiminny once a meeting participant has given consent to be recorded. Maybe this is possible, but if so, I haven't found it. Also, I wish there was a way to share a URL for a playlist, without having to "invite" people to it. I don't want to bombard people with emails, I just want to list playlist URLs somewhere, and have people be able to access them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good way to record calls, and have them be available to anyone in the company right after the call. Especially with Zoom, it's nice to not have to download the recording and put it in some shared space, or have it be saved in Zoom without an obvious way for people to find it/gain access to it.
ADORE Jiminny
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny just actually works and everyone who works there is amazing. I manage our tech stack for our whole commercial function and therefore am very familiar with the typical complexities of setting up new tech and integrations (and how much often goes wrong or takes ages) and also with the support you get from software providers. From day one, Jiminny just worked and our onboarding has been amazing. The integration set up (with HubSpot, Teams, Zoom, Gmail) took seconds synched perfectly. Also - massive shoutout to the Sidekick feature which everyone needs in their life. I've never found it so easy to get a whole commercial team bought in and onboarded to a new bit of software!
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally cannot think of anything I could write here - I like everything about Jiminny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jiminny to record all of our prospect and customer meetings across our commercial function (roughly 40 users across the UK & the US). We use it for training & coaching and also for teams to be able to catch up with calls they've not attended personally. We also use the Sidekick for live meeting notes as we often have folks from multiple teams joining calls i.e. AM and CS and also to log calls / meeting types for our reporting in HubSpot.
