Useful AI note taker for sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
Really useful to be able to share insights across teams and watch back calls. Follow ups are also much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI could do a better job of simulating my tone of voice and making follow-ups look less AI-generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to refine sales techique and create very detailed sales notes to be shared with clients and internally across teams.
Never miss any details again, and put full focus into your meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny takes automatic notes and records meetings without me ever having to think about it. It allows me to put my full focus and presence into the meeting with partners, and I never miss any details as i'm able to quickly review Jiminny's transcription of my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are AI features which help summarize topics and sentiment, which is neat. However, i've found it's not fully accurate and needs work. For now, if i can't trust it 100%, it's just noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves for accurate note-taking and internal reporting of call history.

- Send call snippets in Slack
- Leave comments/feedback on Sales calls
- Search for call recordings using all the different filter options (by client, by team, by call length, by topic, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
The one itty-bitty thing I don't love is that you can't appear to filter topics by speaker (e.g. a lot of our 'wow moments' are generated by our salespeople using words like 'love' and 'amazing' but what I'd really like to filter on is 'wow moments' expressed exclusively by prospects/customers). Being able to filter topics by speaker would be a game-changer for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me firsthand insights into our customer's challenges, frustrations, desires, wish lists and pain points - which is GOLD DUST for marketers!

What do you like best about the product?
My calls get automatically recorded and notes are pretty accurate most times. I even have calls in spanish with my Latam customers and it picks up the content quite well.
We have it integrated with our CSP so key notes, action items, attendees, etc get automatically logged for me saving me hours of time per week.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having an option to automatically email a summary or action points (with a preview and approval of course) to my customer, instead of copy pasting it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Summaries & secretly joining my team's conversations for real time coaching and helping out without having to officially join their calls, this is super useful
Awesome analytics and insights
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the recording aspect, it compiles actions items, key points and summaries in a clear and concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto score and the ability to pick up on key words is challenging but it looks like that's improving

Being able to focus more on calls, and having Jiminny compiling the key items.
Great for the neurodiverse!
What do you like best about the product?
Having ADHD, I always find it hard to concentrate and make my own notes, so it has been a lifesaver to have Jiminny attend my calls and not only note take for me, but summarise the call and give me take away actions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I find the tool really useful !

Remembering follow up actions, as well as being able to revist any customer queries they had around a sale.
