Good experience, everyone loves it
What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy is a key finding, it helps you concentrate in meetings and get all the important information

Some clients are not familiar and it might harm them or just don't like to be recorded

I don't need to make notes anymore while I am in meetings.
It also helps me with my follow ups and remembering what were the key moments thanks to the newest AI features.

Great tool for meeting recording, quick summaries and some insights about sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny excels in its integration with HubSpot, making it easy to log calls and providing valuable insights about share of voice, talk speed, and topics. These features streamline workflows, automate data entry, and offer in-depth analytics to enhance communication effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to manually choose a contact with whom I had a call as it's connected automatically with the company. It would be great to automate it or choose in settings. It would also be nice to create templates for more personalized meeting notes, which can be useful for meeting summaries like in Avoma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny offers insightful analytics for evaluating speaking distribution, speech pace, and conversation topics. Its seamless integration with HubSpot simplifies call logging but could be better, providing a convenient solution. By optimizing workflows and automating data entry, Jiminny enhances communication efficiency, making it a preferred option for businesses seeking comprehensive insights.
Helpful tool for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is very helpful for me in understanding insights and key themes from my meetings and conversations. It's helpful to rely on them for recaps and transcripts after meetings instead of being focused on notetaking during a meeting.
I also like being able to use others' meetings for learning and coaching opportunities.
The breakdown of meeting statistics is also very helpful.
The quick integration with Salesforce is also great.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found many downsides yet while utilizing Jiminny. The usage I've had is fairly straightforward, and in that experience, I haven't had issues yet.
The only issue I've experienced is the occasional slow loading time of the platform website when trying to access calls

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps streamline my meeting process as a seller - it's very beneficial to save time by having the platform notate and summarize my meetings. This helps me be more engaged during the meetings instead of worrying about capturing everything my clients are saying
Cool Analytics, Hard to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics portion and how it tracks a lot of insights to get better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is difficult to navigate and if you kick the recorder early it deletes all the recording you've had up until that point. It also is not the easiest to bring into a meeting as it takes time for the recorder to join a meeting. So if anything happens it takes 2/3 minutes for the recorder to come in which can be a pain for demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track exactly what is happening during the call is very useful. It's also great to know things like wpm or talk to listen ratio. Helps me to revise what I'm currently doing.
Super valuable in terms of coaching yourself and self learning

I like the ease of use in terms of the website goes. The fact that you can create your own playlists to listen to is super helpful

There isn't much to dislike about Jiminny.

I'm able to listen back to some of my calls that allow recording so I can coach myself. I've been in prior companies who don't have a tool like htis.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the sidekcik does not add any value to me at the moment as it distracts me. It would be great if the sidekick could have hardcoded topics that comapnies normally talk about (industry specific of course)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives you accurate data on conversational statsitcs and this helped me recognise areas in which I needed to imporve. I was able to adjust my methods rather accurately as a result.
Good Product and Great Team
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is a great tool for call recording, coaching and deal management. Overall, I find Jiminny to be a great addition to our sales tech stack. As well as this, I've found the Jiminny team to be strong when it comes to guidance on best practices, investing in partnership (understanding our business), support (questions are answered in record time), and they all seem like genuinely nice people. Finally, their App is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike from Jiminny, however, I'd suggest some minor improvements to the home page to make it a little more slick and easier to navigate and work around. However, this is not a blocker and more of a niggle than an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping us to understand what's happening within our teams, tracking deal cycles, understanding trendes and ensuring we're top quality coaches. It's helping me to run my team better and understand areas where I may need to lean in more to ensure company success.

What do you like best about the product?
The highlights of the conversation and the ability to share the call with your colleagues for feedback whether you share the whole call or create snippets of the certain section of the call.

There are no downsides that I am aware of, it has been a very useful tool that I use daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By focusing on the conversation I can listen to the call or review the transcripts to send an accurate recap email and to get feedback from my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can click certain times for key words. Its an easy way to keep everyone on the team updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when we are doing a demo- we have to manually invite the notetaker to join the meeting.

Every once in a while it doesn't work well when the audio quality is bad and then the call statistics are inaccurate.

Recordings are available, so I don't have to wait for the team to send me something.
