No longer forget to record
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is currently automatically invited to every call I have with a customer which is great because it meand I no longer have to remember to start a recording. After the call is finished (plus 30-60 minutes for processing) I can go back and review the recording, read through the transcript and see all of the key points that were talked about during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say my largest complaints are
- If you stop Jiminny before the end of the call, it deletes the recording completely, even if you stop it for the last couple minutes of an hour long call
- When viewing other users calls (that I was a part of), I am unable to download the call
- While this is more specific to my workflow, I wish there was a way to have it automatically save a copy of the recording on my local computer instead of just in Jiminny. Because of this, I need to wait for all processing to finish, go to the recording and then download.

It's fine for basic call recording needs. Nothing more.

I don't like UX, the search functionality is not good. The sidekick tool is somewhat annoying.

the ability to fast forward calls and make snippets, the filter option is also very helpful when looking for long recordings

I think it is slightly overcomplicated, causing people to use it inaccurately

What do you like best about the product?
So helpful - I don't need to take notes anymore, which was a big strain in previous roles. I'm a big fan of the search element on calls too, so I can find exactly where a certain topic was discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes arrives late to meetings and very occasionally not at all. It's also a bit clunky and difficult to navigate the home menu, see old calls etc. Otherwise it's great!

I'm only 3 months into the company, so it's great to look back and see where I need to develop in my pitch. Jiminny also ensures that prospects have my full attention!
Jimminy Makes Reviewing Calls a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy has a very clean and compelling dashbaord that allows me to easily analyze and track calls made to improve productivity and call quality. I use Jimminy everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when sending a call snippet, it appears differently on mobile vs. desktop (different clip shown).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy allows my team and I to review and analyze previous calls in order to improve talk tracks, talk time, and other key statistics to provide better calls to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Jiminny is it's ability to break down your conversation into text, your questions and the key words you repeat. That all gets rolled up into a statistical breakdown that also shows your your time to respond to the client and also how many conversation switches you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike so far is not having a full understanding of what the "green" and "red" indicators are telling us without having benchmarks. We don't necessarily know what we should be shooting for numbers wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to quantify and qualify conversations that my team is having when I am not present and allowing me to go back and review conversations. This allows me to be a better coach.

The recordings, easy to search and recall a conversation, and view collegues style of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting to calls, i had some difficulty but it works great now. not too much dislike. If user's had some more control for their own content than admin itd be nice

Coaching on sales and learning from each other on the team about sales tactics. I plan to use to recall past conversations with clients too. it tough to remember sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can coach my own calls or send a specific call to my manager or one of my teammates to have them coach it! LOVE the transcript that comes with each call- helps with my notes when people say their email or name too quickly on the phone, I can just look back on my call on Jiminny and see exactly what was said and how it was spelled.

Not much I can say about what I don't like about Jiminny.

Jiminny helps me actually hear what I can work on. I can look at stats on talking ratio, how long my pauses are, etc. Super helpful to hear it back and see what I can improve on or what questions I've missed when talking to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny facilitates coaching and training by allowing managers to review recorded calls and provide feedback to their team members. The platform makes it easy to pinpoint specific moments in conversations for constructive feedback, enabling continuous improvement and skill development.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have to reinvite Jiminny to the call if you close the chat and if you join the call prior to the scheduled time, Jiminny is not automatically already there, you have to wait for it to join to record.

Jiminny is a helpful tool for businesses that records and transcribes phone conversations. It analyzes the content of calls to provide insights and helps managers give feedback to improve sales and customer service. It also allows teams to collaborate and share recorded calls. Jiminny is easy to use and integrates with other sales tools.
